Chapter 7 - First Day of School

You woke up at 7:30 am, as planned and you put on a casual outfit. You didn't care if people found out your identity because people were suspicious so you decided to reveal it. You put on a pair of black sneakers with blue stripes and black leggings with a blue hoodie.

You came out of the bathroom to see Ash, still sleeping. "Ash wake up, we have school soon." He didn't answer after the third time you called so you shook his shoulder but he didn't wake up. "You asked for this," you said while kicking your football at him. He screamed and rubbed his eyes while staring at you confused. "What?" he asked. "We have school, hurry up or you'll miss breakfast," you said as you packed your bag.

Ash took 15 minutes to get ready and you dragged him behind you and grabbed some breakfast at the canteen. "What class do we have first?" Ash asked you and you said "Physics." Ash wolfed down his breakfast as you ate yours slowly. "Where is the classroom?" you asked him. "Ummm I don't know," he replied and gulped when you ran off.

You reached the classroom after a few minutes of constant running. "10 minutes until class," you said while you leaned against the wall outside the classroom, texting Queen Diantha as Ash arrived, panting and gasping for air. "I'm...so....tired...how do....you run so...fast," Ash asked, still panting heavily. "Well, you seriously are out of shape," you said smirking.

Other students arrived as the chattering increased. You found out the kids were rumoring about you because you are a Princess. "Alright Your Highness, and everyone, you may enter," the teacher said while noticing you. You walked in with Ash behind you and you sat in a seat in the front of the class and Ash sat next to you.

"Alright class, my name is Professor Sycamore, and I will be your Physics teacher for the year," your teacher introduced. You gave Ash a look that symbolizes a questioning countenance and he giggled as you held your laughter.

After Professor Sycamore introduced himself to the class, he set work for everybody. He explained that in this lesson, you will be learning about gravitational potential energy and kinetic energy. "That's hard," Ash commented as you smiled as your teacher started a lecture.

After the lecture, your teacher told the class to get into pairs to do an experiment with a ball dropping. The entire class argued right after your teacher finished his sentence. You sweatdropped when everyone except Ash was trying to reach you. Several boys flirted at you and many girls pushed each other to try and ask you to be their partner. "Your Highness, will you please work with me?" a girl asked you. "Your Highness, please work with me!!!" a boy requested.

After a minute of everybody trying to reach you, you held up your hand and said, "Sorry everyone, but I'm going to work with Ash." Everyone frowned and Professor Sycamore continued. "Alright class, let's carry on. You will need to draw a table to record your results, the equipment you need, steps and finally, the variables and hypothesis. After the experiment, you have to do a writeup of 1000 words about how your experiment went."

Everyone except you moaned about the writeup but you just stayed quiet. After that, everyone got their science workbooks and started to write. You looked around you and saw some of the students struggling to start and fewer students writing quickly. You started writing at a fair speed as Ash looked at you, confused what to write. "I don't understand any of this," Ash whispered to you and you whispered back, "I'll explain this to you afterschool, for now just copy my answers."

You finished writing about 20 minutes later and you checked the time on your phone secretly. "20 minutes until class ends," you thought, as you smiled. After a few minutes, you and Ash got started in the experiment. Although he was pretty clueless, he managed to understand what you were trying to do so the experiment was a success. "Alright class, your homework is the 1000 word writeup, it's due next lesson," your teacher said as everybody except you moaned.
