The unknown [Hermitcraft AU]

Chapter 3:Getting worse (It's short, I'm so sorry-)

The room was rather silent, everyone was working on their own things, Mumbo and Iskall doing some redstone, both trying to build some things that reminded human brains, False and Tango reading the books and papers he brought, while Grian and Stress were drawing on some papers

"You got a name for him?" The mustache man looks over to his notes, double checking his math and drawings

"Umh..." The swedish puts his hand on his own hips "Bernie!" He smiles at the blond's and brunette's laughs

"Hoc sonat inepta, Iskall" Grian giggles, looking down at his paper, flinching a bit as his wings move on their own, he whimpers, resting his head on the table and putting his hand on his own shoulder

"Uh, Mumbo, I am not a doctor, but..." Stress stares at the blond's back, the black tone on his wings were slowly spreading and almost reaching his back "I think the black thing he has is spreading, and quickly!"

"Really?!" Mumbo stops everything he's doing, cleans his hand on his coat and goes up to analyze the situation "it indeed is! C'mon, Grian, we need to bring you to the emergency room" he holds his new friend's arm, gently guiding him out of the room

"What's going on?" Tango looks up from his book, rising from him chair as his cousin left the room

"I think it's an emergency!" False gets up as well, marking the page she is in and running up to the door

"Hey, Sumy!" A man wearing a red helmet walks up to Xisuma, who is taking his own helmet off and putting it at the closest table

"Ex! You're back!" The leader smiles, watching as his twin does the same as he did, soon yelping, being lifted in a hug by his only family

Ex has white hair and red eyes, his skin is much paler than X's, which is an dark yellow, closer to brown(I don't know the name of this skin tone ;-;), as it seems, he's Albino

"Iskall, Stress and Scar are back" He smiles, adjusting his green shirt, once on the floor "my coordinates were right this time..."

"You're always right! Remember on seventh grade, when we teamed up for a project and your idea was the best one, even with mom and dad wanting us to follow my idea?" Ex crosses his arms

"I do..." Xisuma nods, brushing his arm

"Even the teacher laughed at my stupid idea" They laugh slightly "but what I am trying to say, is that you're the brain between the two of us"

"Are you sure?" The leader's eyebrows furrowing together

"X! We need someone to go calm Grian, he's getting worse and his wings must be amputated" Scar runs in, unannounced and without knocking "Oh! Hey, Exavion!" He pants, breathing in

"It's spreading?!" Xisuma crosses his arms, almost starting to tremble in fear, they don't really know what he has and now it's spreading

"They'll need all the help they can on the surgery, I'll go help them with the amputation!" Exavion grabs his own medical coat, putting it on as he walks to the door, messing his siblings's hair when passing by him

"Good luck for you, Doc and Mumbo!" The brown haired man sighs, resting on the door side

"I just hope everything goes well..."

Cliffhanger–

Hallo! I'm so sorry that this chapter is short! When I finally get an idea for a new chapter for this story, my brain goes like:

Remember that series you watched last month? Well I just created this idea for a HermitCraft AU, now you have to write it, since you already drew an medieval Mumbo!

And now I am announcing, while eating the gummy bears my grandma sent me in real life, that I have created my second HermitCraft AU based of the 63 hours of an RPG series I watched last month!(No wonder I don't have social skills–)

I decided to write this short chapter, 'cus I felt bad at the idea of leaving this story with no chapter as I write the first chapter of the new AU ;-;

The new AU is a medieval like, as I spoiled with the Mumbo part, with some RPG touches, I can, and will, show you the old and new cover

So here they are:

The name and plot changed a lot, now that I look at the new cover, it can go two ways and I like it a lot, actually! An accident i am proud of :)

Some concepts from this AU will stay, like good EX, but I'll try to bring EVO and Yandere high as a bigger part of the story

I'll also break common ways some characters are portraited and try to make characters like Grian more epic than wholesome like here
