Alexina POV
"What's going on?"
"What do you mean?"
"Don't play dumb. Why did you need me to translate that?" Hayden pointed at TJ as all of his friends got up and left the area.
"That is our information only Hayden. Sorry dude." TJ sighed before placing his hand on my shoulder and leading me away.
Hayden was shouting his remarks and I ignored him as TJ continued to lead us through the crowd of people.
At least the whole scenario is being dealt with. More and more answers are being dropped to us and this will be figured out a whole lot quicker.
All we need to worry about now is if we can find Alistair, why our parents are involved and why the Zinapanini family are involved.
A part of me feels as though this is all linked toegther. As if the Crystal has played a part in Bennett's death.
There is a piece missing in each story which I feel is the big piece that is missing to join them all together.
"Back to the academy?" TJ asked and I nodded my head, leaning against the seat as he started his car.
"How do you know Hayden?" I asked TJ and he laughed as he stopped at some traffic lights.
"He got injured a few years ago. I saw him and healed him. Its not all self healing like they say in the books. The guy was dying. Some Demigod he is," I watched as TJ rolled his eyes at his very own words.
Something tells me that TJ isn't all candy floss and rainbow's. They boy really does care about others. To save a Demigod, its an astonishing honour, his life will be valued to the Gods for a long time. Especially Zeus.
Hayden is lovely, he really is. But he just isn't my cup of tea. He is gorgeous and charming but there isn't anything there.
Its not like how I feel with Grayson. With Grayson, I feel an excitement, as if its nearly challenge. With Hayden, its boring. You need sugar and spice. Not one or the other.
"What do we do about this Lexi?" TJ questioned. "This whole thing is fucked up. From underground caves and scripts to Crystals and lying Professor's. What's going on?"
"One. Focus on the road TJ. I don't want to die. Two, I really don't know. This is a job for Abigail and Malin. My brain can't take this shit." I rubbed my forehead and TJ laughed as he swerved out of the way from another car.
My body tensed up and my stomach turned as I glared at him, a grin on his face as I try to keep my hand from slapping his head.
"How the hell did you pass your driving test?" I mumbled and he shrugged his shoulders.
"Pure talent. Good looks?" He grinned and I rolled my eyes.
"I can assure you, its neither of those things."
"Well I'm an excellent driver."
"You nearly drove into a car five seconds ago."
"But we didn't crash."
