Y/N'S POV
"President, the preparation is ready" Seolhee informed as she went beside me.
"How's the internal affairs?" I asked. I glanced at her and she just smiled. "Everything is proceeding as planned, you don't have to worry" I sighed in relief. Working my designs and the company at the same time takes a toll in my body so I've been having a difficult time. Fortunately, I have a reliable subordinate with me. I haven't contacted Taehyung since he was called at the Main house. Well, I can just ask him when we met on Saturdays.
"Still, are you alright working alone at this time of hour?" Seolhee who has been staying beside me since I started working, asked in a worried tone. "I guess President can't really dismissed your habit of being a hard working" she added when I didn't respond.
"Well, just thinking about seeing my designs in person, giving life to my designs, I can't wait but to be excited. I wanted to see them immediately" I told her, just like a mother who wants to see their child after giving birth.
"I wanted to hold them fast. I wanted to show the world how beautiful these creations are. How beautiful our bonds, well, something like that" I feel bashful after telling her my thoughts, she just chuckled in response.
"But are you sure about your plan?" Seolhee asked. The atmosphere became heavy. I halt after hearing her question. I looked at her and smiled. She looked at me with a serious expression. "President, it's not late to change your mind. I hope you reconsider your decision. Although Martha told you that it's fine, I still refuse to accept that" Seolhee seemed collected but at the same time she looked disappointed and sad, as if conflicted.
She looked at me, desperately, trying to convince me, but I just shook my head slightly and showed her a sad smile. She bit her lower lip as if trying to hold herself together, suppressing the emotions surging up in her and when she did, she looked at me. This time with conviction and determination.
"whatever happens, I will always support you President" I nodded at her words.
"But have you told your friends about it?" she wondered but I shook my head. "I haven't" I replied shortly as I picked up my pace and started working again. Setting the problem with the Head, I have my own dilemma but I've figured out what to do about it when I have that talk with Tae. Seolhee was confused by my answer but she didn't ask more. We heard a knocked on the door and it opened revealing Martha.
"I thought you guys are still here so I brought some dinner" she said with a grin on her face. "Angel" Seolhee and I said as we stared at the her.

"So, how's the progress?" Martha asked as she sipped on her can of soda. I just showed her a thumbs up so she smiled in return. It's been a while since we gather together and have a chat. Whenever we see each other, we always talked about business. This time, it's different. Just friends casually sitting together and talking. Before, I wouldn't imagine sitting with someone, eating and chatting carelessly because of pressures and expectations from other business competitors. Friends, colleague, intimate relationship, they never crossed my mind. Little by little I learned them because I met different people that I called my treasure.
It was only now that I acknowledge that those kinds of relationship exist and that I can experience them as well.
"Glad that you are doing good. Haven't seen you since you started working and it's kind of lonely" she said, her face is flushed and I can see tears forming on the roof of her eyes. That's when I realized. This emotional side of her comes when she's drunk. I glanced at her soda and I was right.
