Monday morning rolled around, and a fresh new rumour was circulating; Max's new endeavours with teachers. After I saw them together, she cut off all ties with Doctor Cherry, and apparently started sleeping with the new English teacher - Mr Crea. He was young, cute, and had a scar on his left cheek from his time in the Navy.
Rumour had it Doctor Cherry wasn't happy, so Matthew suggested we ask Jenna, which despite my mild hatred towards her, I agreed to.
We swaggered over to Jenna, who was perched on the airplane seats with her AirPods in, blaring 'Big Love' by Fleetwood Mac.
I started the conversation to assert my dominance over Jenna "So Jenna, what's the deal with Max and the teachers now?"
A spark of enjoyment lit up in Jenna's eyes "Oh. After you caught them together, she ran to Mr Crea, who she had last year, to confide in him. She told him everything, and one thing led to another... I still haven't heard the full story from her as she's barely been away from the English block," she smirked. "Safe to say, English is her new favourite subject."
"So it really is true then? She actually has been sleeping with teachers?" Responded Matthew.
"Yeah... she was boning her maths tutor last year," she laughed. "But anyways, enough about her, let's talk about you Matthew. You owe me a tutoring session."
"What?" I responded sharply. "We were supposed to go to Waggadaddy's tonight? It's our two months?"
"He owes me a tutoring lesson for chemistry, and I'm free tonight," she winked.
I turned to Matthew to see him scratching his head and looking away from me awkwardly.
"Why is this the first I've heard about this?" I said turning to Matthew.
"No need to get jealous Ben," said Jenna as she answered on his behalf. "We're just doing a bit of...chemistry."
"I'm sorry Ben," Matthew finally said. "I promised her...I did. But I won't be that long" he leant closer to me and whispered "when I see you tonight, I'll make you moan so loud you won't be able to talk tomorrow..."
"Fine." I replied bluntly as I got up and walked away.
I decided to go to the study room - I just couldn't take it right now.
