I decided to take action and try and find him. Despite my lack of drivers license, I took my mum's Toyota, in search of my love.
I packed a quick bag, incase I wouldn't be back for a few days, and left a note for Olive.
I started driving down the M37, only to find out that the petrol was running low. I swiftly pulled into the Texaco near the next exit of the road, and parked at pump number 4. I put in a tenner's with of supreme unleaded petrol, and headed into the shop to pay, wallet in hand.
I went to get my credit card out of my wallet, but it wasn't there. Thankfully I had my dad's card I could use instead.
When I got back in the car, I searched through the glove box to see if it was there. There was no sign of it. I sat in the driver's seat thinking of where it could be; I couldn't get very far without much money.
That's when I remembered, I left my card in Ben's wallet two nights ago. 'What if he took it?' I thought. I hoped he had spent money, I didn't care how much, as long as I could get some clues to where he was. I didn't hesitate to check my bank history online, and felt a huge relief as I saw a transaction from The Goose Hotel flash up.
