Then I heard the door opening and I saw PAYTON coming out of the house and then....

Then Chase asked me for my phone and with no questions asked I gave it to him.
He called a number and soon after Payton took out his phone and answered it.

P: hello?

C: I know what you did
He said in a dark, boyish tone

I didn't know Chase could sound like, he should talk like that more often maybe people will think he's less gay....

P: what did I do?
He asked in a confused voice.

C: you slept with my sister
He said slightly raising him voice.

P: who's your sister?
He asked unfazed

C: Jessica

P: Jessica who?

C: Tre-mer-scott
He said stuttering.

P: Jessica Tremerscott?
They both had a moment of silence until Payton broke it.

P: Chase is that you?

Chase quickly hung up the phone and took my hand and sprinted around the corner.

C: ok, where going back around there just follow my lead.

A: but-
I was cut of by Chase dragging me back around the corner to a slightly confused Payton still standing at his door step.

For a skinny boy he got a really tight grip

C: hey man
He said as we walked up to Payton with hand still holding mine.

P: why are you still here.
He said rolling eyes.

C: still? I was at the Park with Ashley
He said motioning to me.
Suddenly Payton eyes shifts to mine then to our hands that were still together which was enough to make me shiver.

P: so your telling me that you were at the park...... together?

C: yeah, but we did past a guy walking from this direction with a hood covering his face talking about someone slept with his sister umm what's the name, I think said Jessica?

P: WHAT!!!
Payton screamed in a scared voice.

I'll make sure to note that Chase acts dumb.....like really dumb, but he's smart
