Vanessa's eyes cautiously studied the computer, too scared to turn it on. She took a breath and exhaled slowly. She turned it on, the screen was purple as she slipped the headset on.

"Welcome to my world, dear." The voice said smoothly.

She was in the game again, but this time it was a dark abyss of deep purples and inky blues. The sky was nothing but that. Nothing surrounded her besides the black and white checkerboard floor beneath her. It was if she stumbled into a living painting of some kind.

"Welcome to the Virtual Sphere, Vanessa." The voice stated, its tone calming and warm.

"You know my name?"

"I'm in your head, I know everything you do. I can also hear, you know. Despite being stuck in one place for months on end it doesn't make it harder to hear, it just makes rolling my eyes a challenge." It said, in an almost mocking tone. She looked around and eventually caught sight of that figure. It was lightly gliding mid-air, hands behind it's back modestly. It's once emotionless grinning face now kindly smiling with actual expression. It's long bunny ears slightly moving with it's in-air movements.

"It's you." Vanessa said, almost in disbelief it seemed.

He sluggishly lowered himself and landed on the checker-boarded floors. He bowed like a child serving clown, his ears flopping forward and back up again as he tipped his head up. His arms out as if saying "here I am". He looked at her with a seemingly kind grin.

"It is, indeed, me." He chuckled a bit after. His mouth was now moving in-sync with his words. His lips actually working with his tongue and teeth to form words. She shook her head.

"Wait, wait, wait." She paused. "How the hell are you alive?" She asked, genuinely confused.

"I've been alive, I've just been hiding, my dear." He teased, his now smirk growing a bit wider.

"But, how?" Vanessa practically begged for answers at this point. He chuckled and laughed a bit, his laughter echoing out into the distance of the nebulous void. He came closer.

"Do you not read, girl? It was on the main screen when my resurrection file was opened" He smirked and lightly flicked her nose with his index finger.

"Y-you're William Afton?"

"I'm not exactly him per-say, I am simply his recreation. But, you don't need to worry, my dear. All I want is to escape." He teased.

"E-escape?" Vanessa tilted her head. He nodded and smirked.

"If you aren't William then who are you?" She asked.

"Call me Glitchtrap, my dear." He added.

"Why do you want out?" She asked, her voice a bit demanding in tone.

"Who wouldn't want out if they were trapped in here?" He threw back. Vanessa thought to herself, he was a bit rude but she honestly understood how being trapped felt. She felt it all too much at home. She let out a bit of a frustrated sigh.

"What do you want from me?" She groaned, crossing her arms.

"Simple, my dear. I want to help you, if you help me get free."

"Didn't I already do that?"

"Not exactly, we're merged but that little stunt you pulled kept me from escaping fully." He continued, an upset tone hinting in his voice despite his smile.

"And what if you did escape, huh? What would've happened to me?" She snapped.

"No way of telling, dear Vanessa" He lied, she could tell but she didn't speak on it.

"If you really want to help me and want me to help you, you can start by calling my something OTHER than my real name." She ordered, her voice bitter with anger. She didn't trust him and she wanted nothing to do with his little escape plan. Vanessa's hand tightened into a fist, her nails digging into her palm. Her opposite hand gripping her arm tightly.

"You help me get out, I'll help your life be better."

"Be better how? Unless you're some sort of genie that can grant wishes and let me wish my parents were actually loving to me, I don't want any part of your games!" She shouted. Her eyes pricked with tears almost.

Glitchtrap's eyelids lowered and he eyed her. Obviously, he didn't believe a word she said. But, of course he never saw what really went on in her head.

"So be it. I'll just stuck in your head till the end of your days." He smirked. Vanessa growled under her breath.

"Fine." She grumbled, her voice dripping with anger and hatred. He chuckled.

"Wonderful, I'm sure it will be rather easy." He said, clapping his hands a couple times. The room around her faded and became the main area.

"I'm sure you'll just adore my stay." He taunted. She rolled her eyes and pulled the visor off. She sat it against the table and went onto her laptop. Looking through the files, she could see a small pixelated version of Glitchtrap following her mouse with her eyes. It was almost like the little chibis someone could download onto their computer and interact with. She hovered her mouse over the elegantly standing small bunny. He looked and stared at it. She poked his tummy. He made a motion, his head bobbing and little symbols popping up. Like he was laughing because he was being tickled. She smiled a bit and giggled.

"You are just silly for some creepy man in a suit." She mumbled.

Her door busted open, suddenly. She flinched and looked over and felt her blood run cold.

"Vanessa, damn it! I told you to stop staying up late!" Her father shouted. His words were slurring a bit. She sighed through her nostrils, he was drunk again. He complains about her doing such unholy acts such as playing video games for her job but drinks like his life is going down the drain. At this point he was probably doing that by his own devices.

"I'm working overtime from home, Dad. I've got permission from Nichole to work on it. That's why I got the computer. Go to bed, you're drunker than the ocean on a summer day." She grumbled, loud enough for the drunken man to hear.

"Don't you talk back to your father that way! You're lucky I'm too tired to deal with your bullshit tonight." He yelled. His voice a bit crackled from the boos he stuffed down his gullet. She rolled her eyes as he stumbled out of her room and slammed her door behind himself.

She groaned and laid her head against the table.

"I guess you got just a taste of what my life is like 24/7" She mumbled, though she didn't know, nor care, if Glitchtrap had heard her. She rubbed her eyes.

"I'm going to bed, don't bother me while I'm sleeping please." She pleaded exhaustively, a bit upset. Just a bit of him yelling at her made her upset, she might have rolled her eyes but she was just as torn up on the inside as she was when he first snapped and screamed at her. Every time is different, but on the inside it was just as chaotic. Some Days those emotions would show outside, sometimes she would just show she wasn't going to bow down. Everyday was different.

She made her way to her bed after turning off her computer and VR system. Flopping on the bed as she had before passing out quicker than she did before.
