Chapter 21: The Blowup

Once Carly left, I remembered who Drake was! It was Harley's cousin! I remembered because they both had those blue, beachey, big eyes. I had only met Drake once or twice. I wanted to tell Harley about this so that Drake could stay away from Carly

I searched for my phone everywhere, but couldn't find it. I got out of my room for the first time and found my mom in the kitchen doing dishes

"Well wakey wakey. Feeling any better?" Mom asked me

I felt kind of bad lying to my mom. I told her I wasn't feeling well, but really I was just sad.

I nodded "Yes. Have you seen my phone anywhere?"

Mom shook her head "No. Last time I saw it, it was on your desk. Did Carly move it?"

Then it hit me. Carly must have stolen it. I literally looked everywhere in my house and it was gone. I thought back to the past. Is that where my makeup box went? Carly came over a month ago and we did makeovers and then I went to the bathroom. She left and it left too

Is that where my heart bikini went? She was supposed to put it away for me and I never saw it again

Is that where my vanilla perfume went? She said she was going to go outside and use it so it wouldn't smell. It never came back inside

She must hide everything in that mystical black bag of hers she brings everywhere! I had to find that bag

How could I warn Trevor and Harley though, if I didn't have my phone?

That thief! My phone was just too far to steal!

I didn't have any way to contact them.. I guess I had to walk. So I walked to Trevor's house. It was kind of far. About 5 minutes. But it wasn't Trevor that answered the door

It was that bitch Carly!

She answered it "Hey. Sydney? What are you doing here? I thought you were in bed."

I looked at her in disgust "Yeah. Not for long. Move out of my way."

She moved to one side and let me in

I saw Trevor sitting at the table eating a cupcake

I sat down beside him "Hey."

He wiped his face with the napkin "Oh, hi."

I pointed to the cupcake "Where'd you get that? It looks good."

He licked the icing off the corners of his mouth "Oh, Carly gave it to me."

I turned to that witch and she was standing at the door smiling there trying to act like a princess

I leaned close to Trevor and whispered to him "Did she take that cupcake from her black bag?"

Trevor nodded "Yes, why?"

"Really? Where is it?" I asked him quietly

"Uh, in the living room." Trevor said as he pointed to the living room

I ran in there and grabbed the bag and unzipped it halfway. Carly ran in there and grabbed the bag from the other side and said "What the hell are you doing?! Let go!"

We were basically playing tug of war but it wasn't fun at all

I tugged to one side "Give me back my stuff! I know you hid my stuff in here!"

She tugged harder "What are you talking about?! Let go, you psycho!"

Now was my chance

As I was tugging, I yelled to Trevor "Hey Trevor, Carly wants to break up with you."

Carly dropped the bag and Trevor dropped the cupcake. At the same time, they both yelled "What?!"

I quickly grabbed the bag and hugged it

Carly started crying "Y-you-you betrayed me!"

She quickly ran out the door

I put the bag on my shoulder and went to Trevor "Feel better now?"

He looked at me in disgust "Are you fucking kidding me?! You blew up our relationship! Are you in love with me or something?!"

I made a face "What?! No! Trevor, she was really going to dump you!"

Trevor chuckled "So that's why you and Kian are through."

I shook my head "What? No. That's not it all."

But it was too late

He grabbed me and kissed me!
