Poseidon's POV

Finally getting back to my hotel room I sat on the plush sofa and pulled my phone out of my pocket. Right now all I wanted was to just talk to Percy. The phone rang for a while before it went to voicemail. I called two more times before I gave up and called Grover.

"Hello?"

"Hey I was calling to check if you've heard from Percy. My calls keep going to voicemail."

"No. I haven't seen him in school for the past two days."

"What about his house?" I asked, worried for my boy.

"I went over yesterday but the place is completely deserted. I know his mom is out on business but I at least hoped he and Gabe would be there. I'm worried." I felt my heart sink when he said that.

"Grover. I'm going to have to call you back.". I said and he hanged up. I searched for hades number on my phone and dialed it, my heart in my throat. He picked up on the first ring

"Poseidon, I was just about yo call you. You need to come back to New York as soon as possible."

"Percy. Do you know where he is?" There was a long pause and I was getting impatient.

"Well have to talk about this in person Poseidon. Just be here as soon as you can." That was all he said before he hang up. I tried Percy's phone again desperately hoping he would answer but it went t voicemail. I still had three days left of this damned conference but I didn't care. I called my assistant and told her to have my pilot waiting for me at the airport in thirty.

I packed all my things and had my driver drop me at the airport. This meeting could wait. My son was in trouble and I'll be damned if I stayed another second here when he could possibly be hurt. We took off form London and I was already sick of being on this plane. It was an eight hour flight and by the time I would be over I would have ripped my hair off my head.

I tried working to pass the time but every time I checked my watch only five minutes had passed. I tried sleeping but every time I closed my eyes all I saw was Percy's scared expression and it made my heart constrict. Something was horribly wrong. I tried calling hades again but he ignored all my calls and that only made me more agitated.

When the plain finally landed, eight excruciatingly long hours later I was just about ready to punch a wall. I went straight home where as expected, I found hades waiting on my couch with a few police officers the PI I had hired for Gabe.

"We've been keeping an eye on him lately. He was previously on our radar because of his previous records of drug trafficking but in the past three years he's been laying low. We suspected he was planning something bigger and we are yet to prove that theory." The investigator stated while pulling out some files and spreading them on the coffee table. I skimmed through them, not surprised seeing multiple records of drug trafficking, kidnap, human trafficking etcetera etcetera.

"I want to know where my son is." I had no interests in what that man was doing. I just wanted to see my Percy.

"Actually Poseidon there's someone who wants to see you on the matter regarding Percy. I suggest we go to the station. Your meeting is very long overdue." Hades stated while dragging me towards the door.

"Who wants to talk to me about Percy? Hades where is my son?!" I was beyond frustrated right now. I tore my hand away from his grasp and he sighed walked towards his car and gave me a small smirk before he slid into his car.

I took my time getting following him trying to get my temper in control before I could snap his pathetic little neck. The drive was irritatingly silent. I had given up trying to get answers from him.

"Percy's missing. Grover said he last saw him on Tuesday morning when he was clearly upset and left school right after first period. He tried to call him a couple of times but it went to voicemail and he hasn't seen or heard from him since." He stated as we pulled up to the station.

"I tried to call him too but he wouldn't pick up. Grover told me what happened at school and I figured he might need some space and call me later. But he never returned my calls."

"Well I think there's a particular person who you would really like to talk to about the whereabouts of your son." He said as he opened the door to an interrogation room and closed it right behind me. I was about to demand he open the door when the voice that I heard behind me stopped whatever was going to come out of my mouth.

"Poseidon?"
