 Without realizing time flew by and it was already the end of December.

To be more specific, it was Taehyung's birthday and the last day of the year. Since it was all happening one thing after the other, they all decided to do a party for both. This time around it wasn't just Jimin, Yoongi and his friend group, Hoseok and Namjoon joined as well. It was a small gathering rather than a party since it was just the 7 of them. Even still it was as if they all knew each other for years. They all got along super well which pleased both Yoongi and Jimin who adored their friends more than anything they could think of.

Holly was now bigger but still the baby of the group. Everyone doted on him as if he was a kid. Yoongi complained about how many treats he had been receiving during the night but after Jimin reminded him it was a special occasion and that one more treat or another wouldn't hurt he eased up.

They were at Seokjin's house. The biggest one among theirs, reclused as well without a chance of getting any noise complaint the next morning. It was perfect, they had just finished grilling the meat for dinner and they were all hanging out under the starry sky. It was getting colder by the minute but none of them had any courage to suggest that they moved. The atmosphere was too good to be ruined with a location change.

They were talking over each other, laughing over each other.

"Stop no! No more embarrassing stories." Taehyung whined at his boyfriend.

"No, no. It's my calling as your other half to embarrass you in front of other people." Jungkook laughed "So as I was saying, he literally fell on his face. His front teeth fell out. Luckily it was the milk ones, imagine if it were the real one."

"Yeah yeah, imagine me sucking you off with a denture." Taehyung rolled his eyes playfully.

"Okay then!" The eldest of the seven exclaimed turning the subject some other way.

"Hyung, these ribs are so good." Jimin's voice sounded delighted.

"Of course, I only pick the best meat." Seokjin bragged with a laugh "A man with a face like me has to eat the best."

"Shall I remind you of that one time we went camping and your meat got us all familiar with the toilet?" Taehyung raised an eyebrow before digging into the meat in front of him.

"So sassy tonight...Yoongi chose that meat. And you don't seem to be complaining now, uh?"

Taehyung shrugged.

"You chose bad meat?" Jimin asked his soulmate in awe "The amount of shit you give me when we go grocery shopping for meat... Who would've known?"

"Practice makes perfect Jiminie, and most of the times it is perfect." Yoongi offered a sly smile.

"Hey, hey no flirting! Some of us are single here." Namjoon whined.

"Leave them, they're young and in love!" Jungkook laughed out teasing his friends.

"We're older than you..."

"Oh yes, sorry. They're old and in love. Does that sound better?"

"This kid's funny." Hoseok said in between laughs as he tried to catch his breath.

"Yeah... yeah." Yoongi grunted.

"Come on Hyung don't get sad, you're my old man. Isn't that something else?" Jimin kept teasing his boyfriend as well.

"You guys make me sick... Surprises me how you still can't listen to music." Seokjin commented giggling to himself. "You're really missing out on these new Loona songs."
