---------------
It was already late but still, they didn't want to go back. They wished for a little more time to spend with each other. The sun was already set and the stars were twinkling in love as the moon sprinkled its bewitching light on these two people.
There was this newly discovered courage and warmth, they both were sharing, something too unimaginable. An idea came to Ram's mind as he remembered it's Sunday tomorrow. Breaking the silence between them he asked, "What do you do on Sundays?'
Priya smiled at his weird question. Obviously, like a normal person, she sleeps her ass off and lazes around the entire day.
"Why?", Priya asked dodging his question.
"Can't you give me a straight answer rather than asking another question", Ram cried at how rebellious this lady was.
"Only if you ask me normal questions", she pursed her lips in a displeasing smile and grumbled further shrugging off her hands from his hold and holding them across her chest stubbornly.
"Oh God! I meant do you work on Sundays as well", he asked rolling his eyes at her and growled looking at their detached hands.
"Ram, who works on Sundays?" Priya asked him covering her mouth with her hand horrified.
Ram slapped his forehead at how dramatic she was, "I do ma'am. Now can you please tell me what you're doing tomorrow?" He pleaded after finally putting an end to their childlike argument but his heart warms up every time they tease each other like this.
Her eyes softened instantly and realised why he wanted to know, "I have an off so I mostly sleep and relax."
"Oh", his reply was short as he wondered whether to ask her or not. He paused for a minute but her smiling face made him ask her what he wanted to, "Priya, what you like to have dinner tomorrow with me at my place?"
His heartbeat increased in anticipation and her smile widened as she nodded vigorously, "Yess", was all her heart could reply back. Priya was very happy to finally have someone with whom she could spend her days.
Soon they started walking towards the exit to get back. Priya rubbed her hand against his and grabbed it in her grip as they walked out. Ram smiled instantly in joy and smirked at their tangled hands. Priya pouted in return giving him the 'I'm sorry' look.
Suddenly Priya's phone rang and she detached her hand from his hold, clasping the phone near her ear. Ram could only hear what Priya was saying but her tensed up brows indicated something was wrong.
"Don't worry, I'll be there soon", Priya ended the call.
"What happened? Something wrong?", Ram asked immediately.
"Actually, Neha's car broke down on her way and it's a very empty road. Vikram's phone is even unreachable. I need to rush, she has sent me the address", Priya spoke in a hurry.
"Don't worry, I'll take you. And Alex will drive your car", Ram said as they rushed out.
Ram speeded the car as Priya directed him while Alex followed them in Priya's car. It was just 15 mins drive but due to the traffic, it was taking them long. Priya called up Neha and preferred staying on the call with her to be assured she's fine while Ram sat there in his thoughts.
He knew what he was doing, it would mean a step closer to revealing his past. Now that he knows Neha is Vikram's girlfriend, he feared what if Vikram comes to know about him.
