Tyler's POV:

I'm At hospital the hospital with Adriana

I called her family and they told Aleksandr and Nik

"What happened?" Nikolai asked

"She passed out when she got home."

"She didn't tell us she was back." Aleksandr said

"Yeah well she's good at hiding things." Maddie said

"Why are you here? You aren't her friend and you aren't family. If you're here to bitch go home because even Milo won't be able to save you from my wrath." Aleksandr threatened and she gulped and hid behind Nikolai

"Nik wanted to see her. That's why I'm here."

"If you don't care get the fuck out!" Xander growled

"Are you ever not angry?" she asked him

"No." Ace smirked

"If Tyler is here she should be able to stay." Nik said

"What? I'm her husband."

"Not a good one. You let her get attacked, you haven't been supportive, in fact you've just been adding to her stress. She's been a mess and you didn't even care. You didn't call her once or answer her calls while she was away."

"Exactly!" Maddie said

"I'm not defending you. You hurt Adriana and she was my best friend before you were my wife. I love you but I'm not going to blindly support you especially when I think you're wrong."

"Right bffs. Like how you stopped talking to her after you sucked faces?" Maddie scoffed

I clenched my fist. Why is she bringing this up now?

"That was like 6 years ago and we got over it and I never stopped caring, but I can't say the same about you."

"I still care! I love her to death it just hurts that she lied to me for so long."

"Life doesn't revolve around you! We can't just go around announcing we're mafia!" Vincenzo yelled

Everyone went quiet He's always so calm

"You really threw away your friendship because of something you could be killed for knowing. She pushed back her wedding so you could be her maid of honor. Personally I've lost all my respect for you and I don't like you. If you ever get out of your own ass and apologize to AJ I hope she tells you to go fuck yourself, because that's what you deserve." Vince told her off

Her eyes watered and she ran out crying

"You didn't have to be so mean Enzo." Tommy says while rubbing the sleep out of her eyes

"Ty did you grab my phone?" she asked me

"No I panicked and brought you here." she sighed and rubbed her temple

She yanked out every wire in her arm and got up

"Where's my clothes?"

"You can't go anywhere the doctor hasn't even been in yet." I reason

"I don't want to be here and I have work to do." I looked at Aleksandr pleading with my eyes for him to interfere

"You have three seconds to be back in that bed." he said coldly I felt chills

She stood her ground defiantly
