Addison's POV

I've been so lonely without Dixie here. Usually, she'd be by my side 24/7, but now she's gone and I don't know when she'll be back.

Ever since releasing 'Be Happy', Dixie has gained a lot of attention and popularity. She soon after, released an album called 'Happily Depressed'.

She had left to go on a highly demanded tour about 2 months ago, and we've barely even talked.

She promised that she'd be back, but it seems like forever since I even heard her voice.

Day Number 57

Dear Diary,

I spent this entire evening looking through my phone at Dixie and I's pictures. I've become a sad excuse of a person.

I know I should be happy that she is off being successful and having the time of her life, but is it selfish to want to talk to my own girlfriend?

It has been exactly 2 weeks and 4 days since we last spoke, and that was only for 10 minutes.

She is really busy, but shouldn't she make time for me?

Every time I see her in pictures with fans, boy or girl, I get a little jealous and even more hopeless.

I fear that my nightmare will come true, that Dixie won't keep her promise.

She'll find someone better on tour and realize that she has always been to good for me.

I'm gonna go watch the Notebook and cry now, thank you for never judging me.

I sighed, closing my diary and placing it back in its secret hiding spot.

Then, I got a facetime request from Charli, the only person holding me together through this.

"Hey Charls, what's up?"

"Nothing, how have you been?" She asked, as she readjusted the phone to a better angle, I noticed that she was on Avani's lap.

Seeing this made me breakout in tears. I had never felt this left out in a long time, and definitely not like a third wheel.

"Woah, Addie, what's wrong?"

"I miss Dixie!" I sobbed, watching my tears fall and soak into the bed sheets.

"Oh Adds, it's ok. She'll be back soon."

"That's what everyone keeps saying, but I don't know what to think anymore." I said, looking up at Charli's guilty face.

I watched as her face shifted from sadness to some unreadable expression.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" She just smiled.

"Seriously Charli, this isn't a joke."

"Nope, it's a surprise."

I turned around as I heard another voice in the room. The person standing in the doorway smiled, opening her arms.

"Dixie! Your home!" She embraced me as I ran up to give her a hug.

"I missed you babe!"

"I missed you too, so much." We hugged for a while longer and I forgot Charli was still there.

"Hello? Where's my bad bitch, Addison Rae?" I laughed while Dixie frowned, walking over to my phone.

"Hey, you have your own girl, back off."

"Jeez, relax. Jealous much?" Charli joked as Avani's grip on her waist tightened.

I hung up with Charli and sat down next to Dixie, staring into her eyes.

"I'm so happy your here with me again."

"Me too, sorry I was gone for so long." She wrapped her arms around me, pulling me into her side.

"It's fine, I'm glad you had fun. You know, I was starting to think you were going to leave me."

She looked at me with a shocked face.

"Don't I always keep my promises?"

"Yeah." I mumbled, looking down at my lap.

She placed a finger under my chin, lifting my face to look at her.

"I told you I'd come back." She said before connecting our lips.
