Blinded By Expectations

Confuse

It's already 10:00 am in the morning, and since it's sunday wala akong work ngayon. Nagising ako sa sobrang sakit ng ulo ko sa dami ng ininom ko kagabi. I don't even remember kung anong nangyari. I know I got super wasted last night but for sure I am in safe hands because I was with Letty last night.

Bumangon ako at kinuha ko ang cellphone sa bedside table at nakita kong tumatawag si Letty.

"How are you? Did you get home safe?" She worriedly asked.

"Wait? What! Bakit ka nagtatanong, e ikaw naman ang naghatid sa akin kagabi diba?" Nanlaki ang mga mata ko sa pag-aakala kong siya talaga ang kasama ko buong magdamag.

"You're so wasted last night Gina! Hindi ko kaya yung pagwawalwal mo kagabi! and since nandun naman si Adam, he offered me to help you para ihatid ka diyan sa condo mo" She explained.

"And you agreed with it? What the hell! Totoo ba !? Nakakahiya letty!" Napatakip ako sa mukha ko at naglakad papuntang kusina.

"I had no choice, It's either you'll get home safe or we both got to an accident. Hindi ko kaya yung kalikutan mo sobra!" she laughed a bit.

"I don't even remember what happened last night! Grabe ka naman! Do you have adams cellphone no.? I should thank him! Grabe ka letty! Pinapamigay mo nalang ako basta basta kapag lasing!" I was pissed a little and Letty was still laughing on the phone.

"I'll send you his phone no. After this call. I'll call you later, Thank God you got home safe."

I can't believe it! Of all people si Adam pa talaga! Sobrang nakakahiya ka george!

While I was preparing my coffee, I got a text from Letty and saw Adam's phone no. and I immediately call him.

"Hey! It's me Georgina. Are you busy?I'm sorry to cause you some trouble last night." Sambit ko, habang nakahawak sa gilid ng aking leeg sa sobrang kahihiyan.

"Hmm. Yeah, It's okay" He said. Looks like he just woke up. His voice was more sexier and manly at that state.

"Kagigising mo lang? I'm so sorry, Tatawag nalang ulit ako mamaya."

"No, Are you okay? You were wasted last night. Your cousin begged me to drop you off at your condo."

"Yeah! She told me. Sorry na! By any chance? Did I do something weird last night?" I bite my lower lip waiting for his answer.

"Don't ask georgina, You always do weird things with me" He laughed a bit.

"Oh my god! I'm really really really sorry Adam. Sobrang nakakahiya talaga! " I sat in the dining table drinking my coffee.

"Yeah! You almost got stripped infront of me young lady." He laughed so hard.

"I did what!?" Napatayo ako sa sobrang kahihiyan. He better not to be joking about this.

Biglang naputol yung tawag dahil namatay na ang cellphone ko.

I was still in shocked.Napatulala nalang ako at hindi ko ma-imagine kung gaano ako katanga last night.

"Ughh! You're so iresponsible George!" ibinagsak ko ang ulo ko sa sofa at nagsisisigaw sa sobrang kahihiyan.

Bumalik ako sa katotohanan nang narinig kong bumukas ang pintuan ko and I knew it was leon dahil siya lang naman may alm ng password sa condo ko.

"Ano na naman! Anong ginagawa mo dito?" Tumayo ako at nilampasan siya para pumunta sa kwarto ko para ayusin ang kama ko.

"Where are you last night?"He asked while unbuttoning his black polo infront me. Looks like he's off from work.
