it's been a few days after the incident that happened at the rollerskating place.

hinata and yamaguchi has been absolutely stressed with working at the cafe. more and more customers came in after news spread of their amazing reviews at the cafe. they could barely have breaks to hang out with kageyama and tsukishima, so kageyama and tsukishima got a job there.

not to only spend time with their boyfriends, but to help around so the two boys doesn't feel pressured anymore.

tsukishima worked at the cashier with yamaguchi while kageyama worked in the back, already knowing how to make a few stuff from hinata.

with that, customers didn't need to wait in line for their orders, and could go sit down. hinata usually made most of the orders while kageyama also helped, but mostly delivered them.

it was a busy day at the evergreen cafe. the lines seemed endless as yamaguchi and tsukishima continuously took orders. though it was much more easier than before, if it was only yamaguchi. the lines would've gotten longer and go at a slower pace, and hinata would get awfully tired from making all of the orders.

kageyama comes back after delivering three orders. he lets out a small stressful sigh as he grabs one of the slips put on the counter for the orders and looks at what he has to make.

-1 agedashi tofu
-1 milkbread
-2 caramel frappes
for table 5 outside

'those orders seems oddly familiar.' kageyama continues staring at the paper, lost in thought until he finally snaps back to reality, realizing he is still at work.

he goes off to get their orders, which didn't take long. he slips on some gloves and gets a piece of milkbreak from the shelves and cuts it up into neat slices, putting them into a nice placement.

making tofu was going to take a little longer as he goes off to make some. he pours a bit of soup into a bowl and puts the tofu in, sprinkling some onions and other greens on it. (please i never ate/tried tofu before i don't know how they are made i just looked up agedashi tofu and took whatever is on it-)

he comes back out, setting them onto a tray and starts making the two frappes, which also didn't take long. he didn't even get the chance to greet his boyfriend, he was rushing around making orders.

placing the two frappes on the tray along with the food, he picks it up and heads out, avoiding bumping into people. he walks out into the unbearable heat to see people sitting outside.

'god how can people eat out here?' he looks for table 5, seeing two people already sitting there chatting. he walks over and sets the tray on a nearby table.

"order for one milkbread, one agedashi tofu and two frappes." he says dryly as he brings over their orders, first with the two plates and then the drinks, placing them onto the table.

"tobio-chan?" a voice strucks.

'that voice. what?!' kageyama looks over and his eyes widen to the two people sitting there.

one with fluffy brown hair wearing a short sleeved shirt and shorts, having sunglasses on top of his head. the other guy with spiky black hair, wearing a tanktop and cargo shorts.

"o-oikawa and iwaizumi-san?!" kageyama stutters out. 'what the hell?! i haven't seen them since the first year of junior high, what are they doing in tokyo?!'

"ohh." oikawa hums. "i didn't think i would meet you here, and to see you working here." he eyes kageyama.

"crappykawa please don't harass him here." iwaizumi says bluntly as he lifts up his head to the two.
