" Here " Jeonghan sighed as he puts down a box filled with files and journals filled to the brim with anything he could think of that could help the investigation of his family. Alibis, staff, enemies, suspects, motives, almost everything is in there except a culprit.
" where can i put up the murder board? " asked Jeonghan casually.
Joshua pulls the curtains and clamp them shut.
" against the glass, we can write on it that way. "
Joshua replied.
After setting up everything they got to work, every tiny detail that maybe Jeonghan missed, every name, every address.
" Hey, you haven't crossed out this address, did you go? " Joshua asked
" i went to 90% of them, they're all dead ends and red herrings. " Jeonghan started.
" Its near, maybe an hour from here but outside the city though, i'll go this weekend " Joshua offered.
" no its okay i can send someone " Jeonghan declined
" -and risk this entire investigation? we took 3 hours to set up this murder board, i am not risking it. im going " Joshua firmly replied.
Jeonghan only nodded, defeated from stubborn Joshua.

when Joshua arrived to the address it was a house that was beside a paddy field. He knocked on the door and a young man opened.
" Mr Jeon?" Joshua started
" yes, Jeon Won Woo and who are you? no one comes here dressed like, that. " the man replied, looking at Joshua's formal attire. The weather was warm and humid but Joshua wasn't sweating given how sensitive he is to the cold.
" i'm here to ask you about something-" Joshua stated "-do you know anything about the fire that caused the death of the Yoon family? please tell me anything you know " Joshua continued
Won woo's  eyes slightly widened at the mention of the fire,
" I have something for you, come in and sit at the dining table. I do need to look for it first" the guy says as he walks to the shed of his house.
after about half an hour the man comes in with a shoes box covered in dust.
" Here"  Won woo says as he puts it on the table.
he opens it and sees an open envelope.
" its open because it was a note for me" Won Woo stated

wonu,
in sometime maybe days, maybe years,  someone will come asking about the Yoon family fire.
Give them this box and stay out of it. Do not remove anything or take anything. These are not ours. Please promise me to not get involved in this.
We shall never talk about this ever, not even when we are alone.
if its the blonde man, i trust you to act like there is nothing or if you can, kill him for me.

dad

" this was left in the gazebo there" he pointed to the paddy field, a gazebo like structure remained.
" where is your father ?" Joshua asked
" he has passed, he lived a fulfilling life" Won Woo answered, looking at the floor
" oh i'm sorry" Joshua apologised
" it's okay now, you should get going my workers come in a few minutes" Won Woo dismissed.

driving home the box rested on the passenger seat, itching to be opened. As he pulls up to an empty parking lot he dials a familiar number.
" Jeonghan come to the parking lot by the community park. I have something that might be a lead"
" on my way~" the voice on the other end chirped
A black car pulls up beside Joshua and an overworked Jeonghan walked out.
" Han you look exhausted, we can do this tomorrow. you're going home" Joshua worriedly nagged
" no, i've tried resting, i can't. i keep thinking about when we will get an actual lead. this would help more than going home" Jeonghan replied.
" two men in an empty parking lot would look suspicious enough, the park is near, we'll go there" Joshua joked to cheer Jeonghan up.

As they take a seat on a well lit bench, it wasn't by the path but it wasn't that far either, perfect for opening weird packages.
