——————————————————————————"is this the address?" Joshua asked as they approached the abandoned looking house. it was nearby but it was so hard to find, they had to go through the terrain on foot as it was impossible so find any bicycles or motorcycle drivers nearby. after getting their leather shoes all muddy and sandy they reached the address.
" yeah its the colour written here" Jeonghan says as he looks at the house.
" so do we knock? it doesn't look like someone's living here" Joshua asked.
Jeonghan walks over to the front door and knocked really hard, he almost knocked the door off it's hinges. after they waited for a few minutes, no one answered and Jeonghan knocks down the door with one charge and they hear footsteps coming from the other side, some shuffles then three young men sprinting out the house at full speed, triggering Jeonghan's fight reflex and he shoves one of them to the floor, making the others try to fight him and pick up the fallen but Jeonghan's training didn't go to waste as he knocked all of them to the ground.
" stop fighting, we just want to talk" Joshua calmly asked after Jeonghan was finished tackling them down.
" we know what you want, okay! we know who you are" the small one yelled.
" if we give you it will you let us go?" he continued.
"what? even i'm not sure what we're looking for" Jeonghan thought to himself.
"Then where is it? " He asked sternly.
" it's on the table in there- the notebook with the list of people who killed the Yoons" the other one replied, he had brown hair and tanner skin compared to the others.
the blonde one rolled his eyes.
Joshua walked to the table and found the said notebook. it wasn't really a notebook, it only had a few pages and was binded together by staples.
"now let us go" the small one who acted like the leader demanded.
" how do we know this is real?" Joshua asked.
" we have no reason to fake it even if we bothered to" the blonde one just sighed.
" would you just let us go?" the small one said again.
" alright then, you don't seem like the talking one anyways" Jeonghan sighed in boredom.
Jeonghan stepped aways from the men as the helped each other up.
" Don't look for us ever again" the brunette said, trying to appear threatening.
" it's okay dk" Jeonghan hears the small guy whisper.
" so you're dokyeom?" Joshua raised an eyebrow.
"i assume one of you is Jihoon and one of you is Soonyoung." Joshua said, crossing his arms.
As the men looked shocked hearing their names they quickly hid their expressions but it was too late.
"jackpot" the two men thought to themselves.
" i assume your dads killed my family, for what? money? if it was money you all wouldn't be here, in this, rotting house." Jeonghan curiously asked.
" shut up, you-" the small angry one almost cussed.
" just leave, we are not answering your questions"
The blonde one steps forward, rudely shoving Joshua's shoulder with his tall thin figure.
"let's just go Jeonghan, the sun is setting" Joshua said to Jeonghan as they turned away from the house.
They now have the book of answers, what will they do with it?
