What would you do?

Jungkook's pov:

Jungkook was lying in his bed, smiling like a madman from ear to ear.

He still felt betrayed by his own emotions, but he guessed that it was okay since he got what he wanted.

Jimin. His little angel.

Even now he wasn't used to the side of himself, which shamelessly claimed jimin as his, as he never thought of himself as a possessive person, why would he, he was rich and spoiled.

But now something has changed and even though he can't put his finger on it he knew that he can't fuck up again and he wouldn't.

His gut feeling told him that if he ruined this one chance he would regret it for the rest of his life, and he didn't want to risk it.

Still not sure what exactly he wanted from Jimin or what Jimin thought about him, he decided it was only a matter of time before he would find out.

Next day

After sleeping off a more or less stressful day, he woke up at around 6 a.m. and prepared himself for his upcoming date.

Yesterday he was so busy trying to convince jimin that he should give them a shot that he totally forgot to ask him when and where they were supposed to meet up and decided to just surprise him.

He usually wasn't the type of person who likes surprises or likes to surprise others, but he figured Jimin could be an exception.

The image of Jimin's startled and maybe even amazed face was enough to convince him that this was a good idea.

He liked the thought of stepping out of his comfort zone for jimin's sake, to him it sounded kinda poetic and romantic.

He may not have had the most experience with romance, but he had his own secret perception of what it could be like and Jimin was very much included.

Jungkook hated to admit it but he really wanted to impress jimin the only problem was that he didn't know how, so he did the only logical thing he could think of, he called Taehyung and indirectly asked for help.

"Am I dreaming or what? This is like the first time ever that you call me.
This is too good to be true, it's hard enough for me to get you to answer my calls, and now you call me voluntarily.
Maybe miracles DO exist" joked Taehyung.

"Well, I just wanted to ask how you are. Is everything okay?" asked the male nervously. 

He really just wanted to ask without having to hold back, but he wasn't used to the whole situation and he was kinda freaking out.

"Wow. Now you're scaring me. Did something happen? Do I have to kidnap someone? Don't tell me that I have to sell my soul because damn that would be pretty unsettling and I don't wanna go to jail. Not again. What would happen to Tzuyu and our future child?  " whined his friend in a exaggerated way.

Jungkook had to grin. 

The moment Taehyung mentioned Tzuyu, he already knew how to approach the whole 'dating' topic without revealing his true motive.

"Don't test me, it's nothing like that, I was just curious. And while we're on the subject, what about Tzuyu and you? Did you finally ask her out?"

"Ha, I thought you'd know me better, of course I didn't. I'm still waiting for the perfect opportunity."

"Hmm, I see, but hypothetically, what would you even do on your first date? Do you have something special planned? "

"Nothing against you, but you're really weird now, why do you want to know that?" asked Taehyung visibly distraughted.

Taehyung knew his best friend like no other and his sudden interest in his well-being and love life worried him.

"I'm just trying to be a good friend and keep the conversation going " answered Jungkook trying to keep his cool.

Jungkook knew that Taehyung wouldn't judge him if he told him the truth, he might annoy or tease him a little, but he would certainly try to help him, but something in Jungkook didn't want anyone, even his dearest friend, to see his vulnerable side.

"Ah, well, thanks .... I guess?"

"Yeah... ahm... so.. what would you do on your date ?"

This time the question sounded much more desperate than desired and Jungkook wanted to slap himself for it, but luckily his friend didn't seem to notice.

"I would probably....."
