Jimin's pov:

*The next day*

"Jimin! You owe me an explanation" said Tzuyu rather sternly, folding her arms.

"I've been trying to contact you for the past few days, but to no avail. It was like you didn't even exist anymore. Lisa also told us about what happened between the three of you.  I was so damn scared. Has he done anything to you, did he hurt you again?" asked the tall girl, worry written on her face.

"Calm down a little, I'm sorry, I really am. So many things happened in such a short amount of time and you have to believe me that I wanted to talk to you, but Jungkook didn't let me" pouted Jimin, who still felt guilty.

"He didn't let you? Why ?"

"It's quite complicated..." mumbled jimin while looking at his feet.

"I really don't know how to explain it to you, but I promise you that Jungkook didn't lay a finger on me....At least not the way you might think."

"What does that mean?"

"He's just.. he's pretty touchy"

"Touchy? In what kind of way?"

Jimin blushed. How the hell was he supposed to tell his best friend about something as embarissing as that.

"Well ... he likes to give me kisses and hold me... whether I want it or not."

"Minnie. That's sexual harassment!" screamed Tzuyu in shock.

"Well,... Don't get me wrong ... i know that what he's doing is in fact not okay and that this type of behavior can never be excused, but it doesn't change the fact that I still feel bad for him.
He seems like a good person, sometimes i even feel like we could become good friends.
I agree that he's strange but he also has those rare moments where he reminds me of a hurt child."

"Minnie..."

"You're going to tell me that I'm stupid, right?"

Tzuyu took Jimin's hand carefully in hers as she gently shook her head.

"Of course not. To be honest, that's exactly what I love about you.  You're such a beautiful soul with such a big heart, but you are not gullible.
From everything I've gathered, you seem to know how dangerous this guy is and that you cant trust him too much.
But you also have to understand my side.
I'm your best friend, you're like family to me and I can't stand to see you getting hurt again.
It's my fault that you had to go on a date with him and if it wasn't for me he would have never hit you... i just... i just want you to be safe, Minnie."

"You're cute. You know me better than anyone. I promise you that it wasn't your fault and that I'll be cautious. "

*

The next few days passed more or less peacefully.

Jimin and his friends were still skeptical of Jungkook and his intentions, especially since he was only being nice to Jimin wanting all his attention, but everyone, even Tzuyu, who worried the most, couldn't deny that he had changed in some ways.
He may be a rude idiot at times, but when he was with Jimin he looked like a fool in love.

Who would have thought that someone like him could experience these kinds of complex emotions that made him more human than ever before.

While Jimin and his social environment had to adapt to the dynamic changes that Jungkook brought with him, Yoongi tried to interfere as much as possible.

The fact that Jimin befriended Jungkook, who had a crush on his Jimin, didn't sit right with him.

He knew that he had without a doubt a special place in Jimin's heart, but he could also see that Jungkook could become something like a competitor.
Jimin may not feel anything romantic about this bunny boy now, but although Yoongi likes to deny it, he felt threatened.

Different scenarios and what-ifs went through his head and made him paranoid.

He had to act now, before it would be too late

Jungkook's pov:

Jungkook slept on his couch, dreaming about a certain someone, when an annoying yell interrupted the silence.

"How dare you!!" roared a furious voice trying to restain itself as much as possible.

"How fucking dare you!"

Jungkook opened his eyes and looked at the person who was screaming hysterically like he was about to die.

"Why did you do that? I did everything for you and you thank me by stabbing me in the back? How can you be so stupid?"

The black-haired boy was confused about why the person he wanted to see the least was standing in front of him and why his gaze was filled with sheer disgust and hatred.

Sure, it's not like his father ever looked at him like he was someone important, but he would usually stick with just ignoring him or treating him like a colleague instead of his son.
