Your First Case

The next day, you wake up right before your alarm clock goes off but it wasn't enough for you to go back to sleep, so you decide to get up anyway. You get ready for work and drive over to work. A couple of minutes later, hotch calls everybody to the conference room.

Hotch then bursts in with some files in his hand, "ok Garcia we need to start, we need to get to the plane soon, this case is important, also, welcome Y/L/N to the team, I hope you have met everyone already cause there wont be much time for introductions. We are going to Georgia."

"there have been three murders of in Georgia in the past couple weeks." Garcia starts. Everybody starts to look toward spencer. Spencer looks very anxious and scared. you lean over to J.J who is sitting right next to you.

"why does spencer look so scared?" J.J. looks back at you with a concerned look on her face.

"Spencer was kidnapped in Georgia a couple years ago by someone who also killed low risk, wealthy, married couples." J.J. said as she turned back toward spencer. He looks over to you with a very scared look on his face.

30 minutes later, the whole team files into the jet to get ready for takeoff. Hotch asked Garcia to come with us because we needed her on the scene. In the plane, you decide to sit next to Reid, even though you have not told anyone about you guys, everyone already had some sort of idea about you both. You ask him if he is ok, but he just looks back at you and tries to smile but you can tell it is fake.

After you land in Georgia, you do not have time to talk to spencer because he rushes out of the plane as fast as he can. You look and J.J. and she looks back at you with a concerned look on her face as she climbs out of the plane.

Hotch tells everyone where to go and set up. He tells you and spencer to head to the sheriff's station to set up some maps and get all the evidence together. As you and spencer are driving to the station, he is quiet the whole way, and you know something is wrong because he always has something to talk to you about.

You arrive at the station and the head of police introduces himself as sheriff Sholt. He takes you and spencer to the room where you guys could set up. At the end of the day, you have one lead, a woman named charlotte hankel. When you first said the name, Reid looks over to you and he looks around at the rest of the team panicky.

You look over to him and ask him what's wrong and he says, "she has the last name as the guy who kidnapped me."
