Dillauded trauma

Spencer finds out

"HEY! Stop, I don't need help." You yell at him again

"hello, this is spencer Reid with the BAU, I need an ambulance at ... , the woman who lives here is having a headache after she just got out of the hospital from a kidnapping and she is refusing that I take her in myself." Spencer says to the 911 operator.

You just look at him and roll your eyes as you walk back to you bedroom to try and get away from spencer before you are forced to go to the hospital but spencer runs in front of you to stop you but he trips your crutch so you fall. Spencer tried to catch you, but he was not fast enough.

"AHHH!" you say as you fall to the ground right on top of your broken leg. Spencer looks at you wide eyed. "oh my gosh! I am so sorry. I thought I could catch you when you fell! Are you ok?" spencer says as he is trying to help you get up.

"I'm fine I'm fine. I j-just need to ..." you start to say but before you can finish you fall to the ground again but this time unconscious.

When you wake up again, you are back at the hospital and you see spencer sitting on the couch looking at you happily but mad at the same time. He gets up and walks to the foot of your bed. "why didn't you tell me you started taking dilaudid again? I could have helped you, you cant do that without telling anyone because then you will end up dead and no one wants that!" spencer says to you, practically yelling.

You try to look confused, "what are you talking about, I never took dilaudid after charlotte. Why would you think I kept taking it?"

"don't act stupid! The doctor did a drug test because nobody just collapses like that! And he found it in your system. You have been out for a couple hours so I decided to go back to your apartment to see if I could find anything. And you'll never guess what I found!"

You look at him with sorry eyes, but he just looks away and runs his hand through his hair. Just then your whole team rushes through the door of your room and everyone starts asking Reid if you are ok. He just looks back to you and says, "why don't you tell them! I can't deal with this right now." Spencer storms out of the room while the whole team followed. Except J.J. who comes over to you and holds your hand.

"what did you do that made him so mad? He never gets that mad, especially at you." J.J. says as she sits down.

"can you just go with the rest of the team? Because I'm sure the team is making him tell them. I don't want to talk about it." You look away from J.J. and you can hear her walk out of the room to go find spencer.

Spencer came back about 10 minutes later. "I still can't believe you didn't tell me! Why did you do it?"

"I wanted to see my mom again, she died when I was 12 and when charlotte drugged me, I saw her again." You say as you start to cry.

"why didn't you tell me about your mom?" spencer asked as he walked over to you to hold your hand. You could tell he was started to calm down. "I know you found out about how I got drugged with dilaudid when I was kidnapped but you don't know one other detail. I also got addicted to it. I didn't almost die like you did but I almost started taking it again when my friend died but I stopped myself because I wanted to make sure I could finish the rest of my life and meet someone like you, which I did"

You start crying, "why the heck did you not tell me spencer?!" now you were the one that was mad. "because I did not want you to worry about me, you needed to focus on getting better after charlotte. I wanted to make sure you got better because I need you in my life."
