After another day in the hospital, spencer takes you home. But this time, you do not even try to stop him from staying with you because you knew he was not going to trust you. And spencer was not planning on leaving anytime soon anyway. The team had to leave on a case but hotch let spencer take an extra week off because the whole team was worried about you and they wanted you to get better.
You look into your drawer to make sure you didn't have any dilaudid left. You did not. you were kind of glad it was not there because you know spencer would have to report you to hotch and you might get fired. You wondered where spencer took the bottle and needle because you did not see it in the garbage. But you just assumed he took it out to the garbage in the ally.
You wonder what is taking spencer so long, he said he just needed to go to the bathroom. But you had not heard from him for more than 10 minutes. You get your crutches that were next to your bed and you hop over to the bathroom, you knock but you realize the door is open. You look is and see spencer on the ground with and empty bottle of dilaudid next to him. He looks up to you and says, "im so sorry Y/N, I tried to stop myself, but I couldn't ..." and he fell unconscious.
You throw your crutches to the ground and dive next to him. You turn him onto his back, and you tried to feel for a pulse. There was a faint pulse. You started crying so you don't know if it was real, but you hoped it was, you realized you didn't have your phone with you so you stood up and ran to get spencer's. Your broken leg hurt so much because you had to run on it but you didn't care because you had to help spencer. You get to the phone and dial 911 as fast as you can as you run back to spencer.
"911 what is your emergency? ..."
"help me please! My boyfriend overdosed but I can still feel a pulse, but I need a ambulance right away! Please!" you screamed into the phone as you started performing CPR on spencer. You never thought the first time you would call spencer your boyfriend would be when you were trying to save his life.
