Chapter 4

Chapter 4- Werewolf

Narrator's pov

Scarecrow let Dorothy go outside and explore land of Oz since it's been a year ever since she had visited that land, majority wins it's always a villain who wants to come and play there board but right now there's no villain rises or arrival or anything

After meeting that madman whom he call himself Shadow Vessel Dorothy had no idea that Scarecrow would let a murderer in his city but she won't blame him for that because it left him unprepare

While she was walking on the Emerald City tons of people said there 'good mornings' and saying 'hello' to one another, there was a paperboy standint in the fountain of the city waving it's paper and started reading it:

Paper boy: " here ye, here ye there was another bad news here at the Emerald City another murder strike a young child and a mother died due to blood lose near at the Emerald City and another striking kill at the Munchkin Town "

Dorothy gasp in horror of what she had heard there was a murderer in Oz?

Dorothy: ' I hope Scarecrow knows what he is doing '

She thought worriedly thinking of her straw friend's work because yesterday his eyes look like tired haven't sleep in a while and today the tiredness and fatigue he still suffering is still there in his eyes

Dorothy shook her head then went off to an exploring day in Oz, she thought of visiting Lion for a moment since she haven't seen the forest for years now, it took her a long walk then finally she made it to his castle

She was already greeted by Lion at the courtyard he was so happy when he saw her visiting in his castle, he gave her a hug which she hug back

Lion gave her a tour to his caslte and how's his life is going while she was gone to Oz, at 6:00 they could see the sun is going down

Lion: " hey Dorothy? "

Dorothy: " yes Lion? "

Lion: " since you've seen how Tin man need some batteries to make him alive and you reference him as 'Frankestein' it's time for you to know the truth... you see, some of my subjects who are wolves accidentally bite me on my arm the wolves apologize so worriedly but I forgive them and then- "

Dorothy: " you started to turn into a werewolves "

Lion was speechless and amused to see his friend already know the story of his problems but he cleared his throat and said:

Lion: " alright, since you already know the story. Scarecrow gave a wolves bain just in case but I'm not taking it today but good thing it was from nigh time and now the time has come "

Lion transformed into a werewolf, his fur is turn into a dark brown shade, and his eyes were yellow Dorothy was fascinated to see him transform. They had fun running around non-stop until Dorothy was so tired about those plays and decided to return home

They said there 'goodbyes' until Lion heard a familiar voice coming behind him:

Shadow Vessel: " did you tell the child about the king? "

Lion: " *groan* no... "

Shadow Vessel: " heh, I'm not happy for not telling her the truth "

Lion: " I'm doing this for Scarecrow's sake "

Shadow Vessel: " I didn't know you were still loyal to your pathetic brainless friend "

Lion: " DON'T YOU DARE CALL HIM THOSE NAMES!!!! "

He flex his hand to reveal his claws and ready to attack him but Shadow dodge his attack, he grab Lion's hand and said:

Shadow Vessel: " nuh uh, you don't wanted your straw friend to get in trouble for this "

Lion wanted to say anything but decided not too, he walk away from the Emerald City leaving Shadow alone

Shadow Vessel: " *evil giggles* fine then, if they were still loyal to there brainless friend then I'll do it "
