Killer has bullemia and he tries to hide it the best he can, even going as far as to make sure that no one is in the area around him before getting sick. Killer tends to be hypocritical about this, since when he finds out anyone hasn't eaten or has purposefully gotten sick even once, Killer will make sure that they eat and are in good mental health. He tends to also lie about when he had last eaten, if he is caught not eating.
