Nightmare can only summon the upper part of his ectobody, due to it not being developed earlier on in life, and he usually only summons it around people he trusts, though it tends to summon by itself sometimes.
Since he can only summon the chest area of his ectobody, he tends to use his female ectobody. Nightmare usually uses it when he's bored or wants to see if he can do some dumb and/or weird stuff (I.e how many grapes he put between his boobs before they move apart, for example). Nightmare also makes sure to always tell his significant other about it when they first start dating, because he doesn't want them to be upset later on.
Whenever, if ever, he manages to get the bottom half working, he will most likely just screw around with them out of curiosity.
