Blue has a form of histrionic personality disorder, or HPD.
People with this disorder often feel uncomfortable when they're not the center of attention, dress provocatively and/or exhibit inappropriately seductive or flirtatious behavior. They shift emotions rapidly and often consider relationships closer than they are, easily influenced by others, and often have depression. People with HPD also tend to be preoccupied with their physical appearance and talk dramatically.
Genes have a role in this personality disorder being able to develop, along with abuse or instability during childhood, however unlike narcassists, they don't have an outsized sense of their own self-worth.
