Nightmare has had crushes on all the gang, each at different points of time, and has only admitted to it after having a couple drinks in a game of truth or dare (yes, I know it's a rather childish game, but it's still a good one to play). He gets teased about it plenty, except Reaper, who finds it adorable and flattering, and his significant other(depending on ship, if significant other is in the gang or not), if he has one.
Everyone can agree, looking back, it was quite obvious who it was during each time period, and think it was hard to miss with the knowledge they have now.
