Dust has C-PTSD from the genocide runs. The only people who know about it are people who have witnessed his panic attacks.
This includes, surprisingly enough, Dream, Outer, and Classic.
That being said, he has had to give Dream a cookie everytime he sees him now, and Nightmare has no idea what to do because it happens every single battle.
