'Leave, Potter, this doesn't concern you!' Pansy basically screams at Harry, but he doesn't budge. 'Fine, hear what your slut of a girlfriend thinks about anyway.'

You can feel your heart in your throat. So, she did read it.

'Harry, it's okay, just.. go back inside.'

'No, I'm not leaving.'

'Have it your way then,' Pansy snaps at him. 'My Drakie found your diary and I don't like what you've been saying you bitch. 'The way Malfoy kissed me, the way Malfoy smiles. Malfoy this and Malfoy that' it's truly disgusting!' She steps closer to you, 'you keep away from him, and I'll keep away from your Potter. You mess with MY Drakie and I'll mess with your Potter.' She smiles for a bit, looking Harry up and down. 'Can't forget what you said about Harry either.' She grabs your book out of her robes. 'Let's see...'

You try to grab the book from her but her friends hold you back. Harry tries to get them off you, but they shove him into the Gryffindor portrait. People heard because Ron, Hermonie and other students come out of the common room.

'What's going on?' Ron asks, then he sees Pansy. 'What are you doing here?'

'Great,' Pansy says ignoring Ron, Hermonie and a few other Gryffindor's, 'the more the merrier. So, lets see. Where was I, oh yes. Things have been different between Harry and I lately. It's actually made me forget about Malfoy and I don't get what I didn't see in Harry earlier.' Her friends gag and Pansy continues reading. 'But we can't forget what you said about Malfoy, can we?' You start crying. You kick around trying to break free, but her friends are stronger than you. 'The way he kissed me in the common room was everything. I've never been kissed before and for that being my first time, I don't think I'll ever regret it. God, you're pathetic.' She says slamming your book and throwing it at your feet.

You crouch down to get it, but as you are, she kicks you in the face.

You fall backwards and Hermonie starts yelling at her. Pansy laughs, 'don't worry, this isn't over. The whole school is going to know about this pathetic mudblood by morning because,' she stops talking and crouches down to look you in the eyes, 'I've made copies. And don't think I left out about the parts of your dad and that depression you have... it'll all be out by morning.'

And with that, Pansy and her friends leave.

----------------------

You stopped going to breakfast and classes as well because everyone would just look at you and snicker, even Malfoy would laugh at you. On the brightside, Harry, Ron and Hermonie are all friends again.

You're sitting by the Black Lake, staring into the water and letting tears fall down your face when you hear footsteps come up behind you. You don't even turn around to see who it is, you just keep your eyes on the water.

'(y/n) come on. You've skipped class, and dinner for that matter, for almost two weeks.. you can't keep doing this to yourself.' Hermonie says, sitting down next to you. 'You even missed the announcement about the Yule Ball! You have to come, it'll be fun.'

You don't say anything and don't even acknowledge her presence.

'Come on Hermonie, she doesn't want to talk.' Harry says, trying to get Hermonie to leave.

'No!' She snaps her head back at Harry and then looks back to you. 'Everything has died down, no one even remembers what happened.'

You turn your head and look at her.

'But I do! I remember everything! The humiliation, the name calling, the death threats. They may have forgotten, which I doubt it. Everyone probably just shut up since they haven't seen me. They know that they won.'

Harry sits next to you and puts his arm around your shoulder, pulling you into his chest. Hermonie and Ron leave, just leaving you two there.

'You're not thinking about it again, are you?' You look at him in confusion and then you realize what he's talking about. 'Your mum also sent you a note, do you want it?'

You feel tears fall down your cheeks and shake your head. He knows his answer. You both sit in silence as Harry just holds you, not leaving until it's almost curfew. You both walk back to the Hufflepuff common room together in silence and when you reach the door you decide to speak up.

'You didn't have to skip dinner because of me.'

'Nonsense.' He says. 'You need someone and I told you I will always be here for you, whenever you need me.'

'Why? Pansy told you what I wrote. Doesn't that change anything or make it.. awkward? And I'm sure you read the pages. I seen them everywhere. It would've been hard to ignore.' You sigh.

Harry grabs your chin and looks at you. 'That was invading your privacy. If anything, I tried to get rid of as many papers as I could.. Ron and Hermonie too. Even Cedric. We didn't want this to happen. It shouldn't have happened to you.'

'But it was my fault this happened! I left my bag with Malfoy.' You start to cry. 'I should've just left it in my room, but I was afraid one of them would try to sneak in to find something that would hurt me and it would be my diary. So I just kept taking it with me.'

You both don't say anything and before you know it, Harry starts wiping away your tears and kisses you.
