Worn into New

Baekhyun stared intensely at the door. He waited for Eun Yeun to come home from the graveyard. Baekhyun wasn't invited to come, because he came home late. Eun Yeun opened the front door with puffy eyes from crying. Baekhyun hugged her immediately, "I'm supposed to be mad, pabo." Eun Yeun still couldn't get over Ae Cha's death. She cried hard in his arms. Baekhyun just hugged her tight, "It's okay."

Sehun sat in his room. He stared at his phone. Luhan came in, "Sehun! Kyungsoo made cookies like a umma should."

"I'll have some later," Sehun said.

Luhan frowned, "Are you still thinking about her?"

"Yea."

"Don't worry about her, she's in a better-"

"Can you not say that?!" Luhan was surprised at his snappy tone to him. Luhan looked at him then Sehun looked up, "I'm sorry, I'm just... hurt." Luhan smiled softly and closed the door behind him. Sehun sighed and held the mittens, "I miss you." He looked out the window and smiled, "Ae Cha, its your favorite time of the day, night." He stared at the moon.

"I don't think he'll be recovering soon," Lay said, "I mean, just looking at his face gets you sad."

"What should we do?" Chanyeol asked. He turned to Luhan for something.

"I don't know! I've never seen him so sad!" Luhan said.

Xiumin smiled, "Sehun hasn't practiced for a week now, right?"

"Yes, so?" Luhan said.

"Just make him practice."

"We can't do that?! What if he overworks himself?" Kyungsoo said.

"Not like that, Kyungsoo. When he's sad, he works out anyways."

"Xiumin, you're careless."

"I'm just saying the things he does okay?"

"Let's just watch over him."

"Sehun, you're out of your room!" Chanyeol cheered.

"Yea..." Sehun replied.

"Are you okay?"

"Just missing her."

"Get over her. There are many amazing girls either than her out there!" Kai said. Kyungsoo slapped him on the side of the head. Sehun cracked a smile and head outside. He went to the funeral home. He entered and bowed in front of her picture. Sehun smiled softly, "I missed you."

"Sehun?" said a voice. He turned and smiled at Eun Yeun. She sat by him and looked at Ae Cha's picture, "She was a good girl."

"What?" Sehun asked turning to her.

"Ae Cha was a good child, but she also loved going outside. She never got to much. When we'd talk on the phone, she'd always brag about you and how handsome you were. Ae Cha also hid things from me. She'd always act like she's okay, but then she wasn't. I never knew she was in such pain because I was busy, but I wished that I knew. I never got to tell her how special she was to me." Eun Yeun started to cry, "Ae Cha was never a negative person. She always was a positive person because she didn't want to die."

Sehun looked at her, "I'm sorry. I never knew that side to her."

"The good thing is that you took care of her when I wasn't there. Thanks." Sehun hugged her. Eun Yeun hugged him back. "I miss her too," Sehun said. Baekhyun walked up, "Ahem, she's mine."

"Sorry, Baekhyun," Sehun said. He let go and he walked his way out. Eun Yeun looked at him, "Do you think he'll be okay?"

"He's going to be okay," Baekhyun said. He hugged Eun Yeun tight, "I'm sure of it. Sehun is strong enough." Eun Yeun and Baekhyun walked out together. She hugged Baekhyun tight. Baekhyun chuckled, "What do you want to eat."

"At a time like this, you're thinking about this?"

"I'm hungry."

Eun Yeun laughed, "I'll make dinner."

"Let's eat some ice cream."

"Why ice cream?"

"Doesn't ice cream make you feel better? In movies, people ate ice cream and talked about their problems they have or watch movies, right?"

Eun Yeun laughed and Baekhyun looked at her, "Wae?"

"You're...just too... cute."

"Am I?" Baekhyun did some cute poses and Eun Yeun grabbed his hands to stop him.

"What?" Baekhyun chuckled to her cute laugh. She then stopped and he walked beside her again, "So are we getting ice cream?"

"Yea, I want some ice cream."

"Sehun, let's play 'Call of Duty'!" Chanyeol said running to Sehun with two remote controls in his hands. He handed Sehun one and Sehun took it, "I bet 1102 won that I'll win!"

"No! I've become a master at this!" Chanyeol said, "I say 1157 won!"

"Okay call!" Chanyeol saw Sehun smile and it was odd. He tilted his head confused why Sehun was so happy now, "Sehun, why are you so happy now? Weren't you sad about Ae Cha?" Sehun looked at him, "I've learned that being sad over her for a long time will disappoint Ae Cha. She doesn't like people who are always sad but you guys are helping too."

Chanyeol looked at him, then squeezed Sehun tight, "Our maknae has grown into a cute-yet-mature man!"

"Get off of me! I'm not cute!" Sehun yelled.

"Baekhyun, where's the ice cream?" Eun Yeun yelled. Baekhyun came in with a tub of ice cream and two spoons. "Are we going to finish that?" Eun Yeun asked pointing to the big tub. Baekhyun nodded, "If you don't finish it, I'll finish it like a man."

"You're not a man."

"That hurts, okay. That's like not liking cereal when I do."

"That's food, not a boy."

"Hey!"

"I was kidding." Baekhyun sat on the couch with Eun Yeun sitting beside him. Baekhyun handed her a spoon and he opened the tub. Eun Yeun got a spoonful and ate it. "That's a big spoonful," Baekhyun said. He grabbed a big spoonful, "I shall do it too then!" Almost choking on his spoonful, he couldn't fulfill eating a big spoonful. Eun Yeun laughed hard. Baekhyun pouted, "My mouth is too small." He looked at Eun Yeun eating the ice cream still. "Yah! It's mine too!" Baekhyun grabbed a spoonful again and ate it.

After eating a bit of ice cream, Baekhyun knocked out because the ice cream was making his stomach big. Eun Yeun was cleaning Baekhyun up of all the ice cream on his face, "You eat like a baby." Eun Yeun was walking away, but Baekhyun grabbed her wrist and sat up straight.

"I didn't say anything! I said you eat like one."

"What are you talking about?."

"Wait, what?"

"I eat like what one?"

"Nothing."

Baekhyun pouted, "I guess I do have a problem." Eun Yeun smiled at him and pinched his cheek, "You're too cute."

"I like it when you smile."

"Huh?"

"When you smile, it makes me happy."

"I'm not totally over my sister's death, but I don't think she wants to see me mourn over her."

"You're smart. Why can't I think like you?"

"Because you haven't been worn into new yet."

"What's that suppose to mean?"

"It's a secret."
