Because of my parents job, I always thought it was okay to loiter, since we did it every few weeks, (they travel with an RV) in Walmart parking lots when I was younger. It wasn't until a couple years ago that I found out that loitering kinda illegal (though we never loitered with intent) and not really ok. Though we don't really loiter as much anymore, I still think about it and wonder what else I think is ok but really isn't.
