To prove to you that I am actually working on it, I decided to publish part of the next chapter.

I stared at the sky, walked backwards up the hill behind Aang. We're supposed to visit Omashu today but all I really wanna do is sleep. Aang stopped at the top and I walked into him. I stumbled a little and he chuckled.

"The Earth city of Omashu!" I turned around and my jaw dropped. It's the biggest city I've ever seen! It's huge pyramid-like structures looked foreign to me having been in the southern water tribe since I was 2. I can barely remember anything before that. "I used to always come here to visit my friend Bumi."

"Wow! We don't have cities like this in the South Pole." She's right. Actually we don't have cities at all there.

"They have buildings here that don't melt."

"This place is amazing Aang! It's so big." I added, wide eyed.

Aang smiled back at us. "Well let's go slow pokes! The real fun is inside the city!" He turned around and jumped up and I followed shortly after with a yell of approval.

"Aw yeah!"

We landed and started to slide down the snowy hill when Katara spoke up, "Wait, guys!" She looks towards Aang, "It could be dangerous if people find out you're the Avatar."

Sokka walked forward as well. "You need a disguise."

Aang looked up at them, slightly puzzled. "So what am I supposed to do, grow a mustache?"

"You know, not a bad idea." I smirked at him.

Not long after Aang had clumps of Appas hair on his head and face. "Ugh this is so itchy! How do you live in this stuff?" He looks at Appa who blows air at him through his nose.

"Great! Now you look just like my grandfather." Sokka deadpanned.

"Technically Aang is 114 years old."

I looked at Aang as he twirled his his staff and used it as a crane. "Now let's get to skipping, young whippersnappers! The big city awaits!" I snort at his act and follow him as he hobbles along.

We walked down the long crooked path leading to Omashu. I walked beside Aang glancing nervously into the dusty abyss that lays on either side of the pathway. It bothers me not being able to see the bottom.

"You guys are gonna love Omashu. The people here are the friendliest in the world."

As if right on cue a guard in the distance yelled. "Rotten cabbages?! What kind of slum do you think this is?!" He threw the cabbages he was holding to the side and used his earth bending to launch the cabbage cart in the air, sending it flying to the side as well.

The only man who brought the cart looked into the abyss in dismay. "No! My cabbages!"

The four of us peered over the edge in surprise. "Just keep smiling." Aang reassured us. I shrugged and put on a sweet smile pretending to help Aang walk.

As we approached the earthbender took a Boulder from the ground and hovered it abover our heads. "State your business."

Aang quickly sped away from me towards the man and pretended to berate him. "My business is my business, young man, and none of yours!" The earthbender dropped the boulder in shock and I squeaked slightly as I backed away just in time. "I've got half a mind to bend you over my knee and paddle your backside!"

The earthbender attempted to calm him down as he responded "Settle down old timer. Just tell me who you are."

Aang backed down and stated a faked name "Names Bonzoo Pippenpadlopsicopolis the third. And these are my grandkids." I took that as my cue and rushed forwards to take Aangs arm."

"I'm so sorry about him! My name is Elizabeth Pippenpadlopsicopolis at your service." I do a little fake bow and smile.

Katara walked up to the other side of Aang. "And I'm June Pippenpadlopsicopolis. Nice to meet you."

The guard looked between us. "You seem like responsible young ladies. See that your grandfather stays out of trouble. Enjoy Omashu." He stands aside to let us pass.

"We'll try! Thank you!" I say as we pass.

Me, Katara and Aang continue our act as we walk by. Sokka, having never had an act, just walked behind us anxiously.

"Wait a minute!" He grabbed Sokkas shoulder and turned him around. We look back a little scared we were caught. "You're a strong young boy. Show some respect for the elderly and carry your grandfathers bag." I sighed in relief.

"Good idea!" Aang chucked his bag at Sokka.

We walked to the gate and looked on in awe as three huge blocks of rock were bended out of the way, revealing the city behind it.

"Woah!" I murmured to myself as I walked forward, not noticing the lemur ears that appeared out of Aangs fake hair. I stared at the scene before us. Buildings staggered their way up in a pyramid shape, their green roofs dusted with snow. Tall bridges ran down the sides in several paths, giving the place a more busy and chaotic look. Every once and a while a basket of supplies would come shooting down one of the bridge structures.

"This is the Omashu delivery system. Miles and miles of tubes and chutes. Earth bending brings the packages up, and gravity brings them down." He informed.

"Great so they get their mail on time." Sokka said slightly sarcastically.

"They do get their mail on time. But my friend Bumi found a better use for these chutes." He friend evilly.

I found myself smushed in a basket with Aang, Katara and Sokka, teetering on the edge of one of the chutes Aang was so excited about.

"One ride," he reasoned "Then we're off to the North Pole. Airbenders honor."

I gripped the sides of the cart as Katara spoke "This sounded like fun at first, I'm starting to have second thoughts." I closed my eyes tightly.

"I hate to say it but I have to agree with Katara. It just seems so stee-" my words were cut off as Aang pushed us down the slide. I screamed but then was silent. I put all my focus on not flying out of the cart and dying. (Anyone else do this on rollercoasters? No? Just me?)
