"Shaw, you have one more to photograph over here!" One of my supervisors told me. "Alright!" I've been on this job...photographing crime scenes..for over three months. This day in particular, was different than the others.
Aside from my supervisor, I was the only one left in this near dilapidated house...where another murder took place. As I was wrapping up, I sensed someone behind me. "Charlie?" I whispered. As soon as I turned around, I felt something hard hit me on the top of my head and I collapsed on the floor. As I went in and out of consciousness, I saw a man's face...he had a short beard and brown eyes. I lost consciousness. I woke up two hours later in a closet, my wrists zip tied. I then ripped the zip tie off with my teeth, stood up, and kicked down the door. I grabbed my pocketknife and carefully crept my way out. As soon as I knew that I was safe, I ran to get help.
I looked around me, trying to find shelter..trying to find my bearings. I didn't realize that my head was bleeding until dizziness set in and I felt blood running down my face. I stopped and squatted down. Nearly collapsing, I put both hands in front of me. I sensed someone standing beside me and looked up. A man with a hat and trench coat looked down at me, his head tilted. "Who are you?" I asked him. "Raymond Reddington. You look like you're in need of some help." He replied. "That would be great.." as I stood back up, I collapsed in his arms and before I passed out, I said, "...I've just escaped an abductor."
I woke up two minutes later in a warehouse, laying on a hospital bed. I touched the top of my head and felt a piece of gauze taped to it...underneath were stitches. I looked around the room and saw Reddington standing in the doorway. I nodded for him to sit. After he sat down, I told him my name and what had happened. "Does Charlie know where I am?" I wondered. "He does, in fact. He's the one who did this to you....he confessed." He replied, a puzzled look on his face. I was taken aback.
