Heathers pov

I hear my alarm going off as I come to. I reach over and turn it off, stretching and letting a yawn escape.

I glance over and see Oikawa's sweater on the ground. I smile to myself, glad that my plan was successful.

Lilith found out at the last second, by the time I got there they were about to kiss, I couldn't let that happen. So I immediately put on my phony nice girl face out of instinct. It may have been rushed but it worked out in the end.

But that wasn't enough, so I waited outside for them. I didn't expect him to just give his sweater to me though, I thought I was gonna have to shed a few tears to guilt-trip them. It was extremely cold but, seeing her react that way was so worth it.

The way (Y/N) stormed off after he gave me his sweater, it had proved that she was jealous and it also proved that Oikawa still cares about me... Why else would he give me his sweater?

I get out of bed and walk over to my vanity. I look myself in the mirror.

"What the hell happened to you" I said to my reflection.

I wasn't always a bitch. I used to be the 'It' girl. Everyone wanted to be me. My family is filthy rich and I've always gotten everything I've wanted. Except for him.

See what had happened to me was love, it started back in the 3rd year of middle school when he received the "Best Setter Award" at our old school, Kitagawa Junior High.

I had never paid him much attention until that day. All the boys would swoon over me but, the first time I said 'Hi' to him he didn't swoon over me at all. He said hey back and kept it going like he didn't care about who I was.

I didn't like that, not one bit.

From that day forward I tried to get him to notice me more and more. I went to the same high school as him, I was almost in all of his classes... It almost seemed like nothing would work until one day, one of the best days of my life he noticed me.

It was the beginning of our second year in Aoba Johsai High. We finally started talking and eventually started dating.

When we finally started dating I told everyone. That's how my ex-boyfriend, Meruem, found out.

I've cheated on Oikawa multiple times, I did it all because I didn't think he was that obsessed with volleyball. I did it to get back at him, he wasn't giving me the attention I deserved. It's all his fault.

But the first time I cheated on Oikawa it was an accident. Meruem and I got caught up in the moment. Then (Y/N) walled in at the wrong time.

I wanted to change though, I wanted to be serious about my relationship. That's why I pulled out an ultimatum on Oikawa. I wanted him to know that he couldn't live without me, me breaking up with him wasn't supposed to be permanent.
Yet, (Y/N) had to interfere with his life at the wrong time.

(Y/N)... That rat.

I've hated her for a while now since middle school I think. She's always been quiet but she's the main reason that my mom and dad got a divorce.

I've never been on good terms with my mother, she's always would say that I'm evil and then douse me in holy water.

My father didn't like that, so of course, their marriage was already on thin ice but if only (Y/N) hadn't opened her mouth about me teasing her all the time they would still be together.

I picked with (Y/N) every day out of amusement but I didn't think she would tell on me.

She told our teacher the teacher told my mother, my mother told my father, my father didn't believe her, then bam. A divorce.

She already took away part of my family, but I'll be dammed if she takes away the love of my life.

I don't care if I have to get my hands bloody, what's the point of having all this power if I can't use it?

I don't care how far I have to go, Oikawa will be mine. And tonight, I will see through to make sure what's mine stays mine.

It's officially 7:30 pm. Which meant that Oikawa and (Y/N) were finished with practice.

I paid a random guy to distract Oikawa, while a random girl I paid lured (Y/N) outside.

I sat there and waited in my car patiently waiting for the two girls to come out.

I spotted them as sooner than I expected. My lackey pushed (Y/N) our into the parking lot. She fell over.

"Now's my chance" I whispered to myself.

Before (Y/N) could get up all the way, I put my convertible in drive and smashed the gas pedal.

She had gotten up but by the time I ran her over, she looked like a deer caught in headlights.

I got out of my car to check her pulse.

"Fuck, she's still alive" I said to myself.

I looked over and saw a prettified Oikawa.

I laughed.

"HAHA WOW! Looks like you were too late to save her this time 'Oikawa~Kun'!" I mocked. "I can't believe you fell for that decoy, I thought you knew better."

I noticed that he went to reach for his phone. "Don't even try calling the cops" I warned him, " You know better than anyone that my father is a very powerful man, and he believes anything I say."

He stood there and stared at me. I hated how he looked down at me, it made me feel small, but it also made my knees go weak.

"You crazy ass bitch" he said blandly.

I scoffed, trying not to be offended by his words. "This is only the beginning" I whispered to him.

I got back in my car and drove away.
