(Y/N) pov

I sat alone on the park bench of where I first confessed to Oikawa, fiddling with my golden locket.
It had been three years since we last saw each other.
I wanted to move to Argentina with him more than anything but, I couldn't just up and leave my mother. She would be all alone.

One day soon, I'll have enough money to move the both of us to Argentina. But for now, I only have enough to visit a special someone. His birthday should be the next day after I land, I want to surprise him. I know exactly where to find him too, he should be having a game that day.

I pulled out my phone and began to go through old messages and pictures of Oikawa. We've only kept in contact through cell phone... Long-distance is harder than I thought it would be.
I can't talk to him whenever either, he's always busy, whether it's with training, a game, or just sleeping. On the bright side, we have the same time zone.

I let out a sigh of tension, I was worried. I fear that he won't feel the same for me anymore, not I will for him.
What if the air changed around us?
What if he found someone new?

I shook my head to get rid of all the horrible thoughts, he would never hurt me like that. Ever.

I had finally landed in Argentina. It was warm and bright, the landscape here is so lively.
I found my hotel and unpacked for the three days that I was staying. I glanced at the clock, 2:30 pm.

"Mm, it starts in thirty minutes" I mumbled to myself.
I hurriedly put on my new outfit and went straight to the gymnasium of Oikawa's next game.

It was crowded but still enough room to move around. I sat down in my seat and waited patiently for the game to start. I began to fiddle with my locket once more.

"Ladies and Gentlemen Welcome!" said the spectator, "Today the Argentina national volleyball team will be playing against the Iowa Icemen!"
The crowd started booing when they heard the other team.

" Let's hear it for AR-GEN-TINAAA" the crowd went wild. I was too anxious to scream all I wanted was to see...
"Oikawa" I whispered to myself.

The Argentina team ran out from the left side of the court while they were each smiling and waving at their fans.
I would recognize that floofy hair anywhere.
I couldn't tell from being up so far but it seemed like he had gotten even more buff and somehow grew even taller. I began to smile at the sight of him, I missed him so much...

My smile had faded when I notice a group of fangirls chanting the number 'thirteen', which was of course Oikawa's number.
He smiled and waved at them making my heartthrob. I just got here and I was already jealous.

"And on the right side, we have the IOWA ICEMEN!" everyone began booing as the other team ran out to the court.

The spectator began introducing everyone individually, surprisingly everyone cheered for Oikawa the most. He had only been here for a couple of years and was already making a name for himself.

The game began and I couldn't believe my eyes. Oikawa actually had gotten better, he even sent in a few spikes. Even though the game was fast-paced, I still felt like I was lost in it.
He had changed so much just by his playing style, would he be the same person?

The game ended with Argentina taking the first, fourth, and fifth sets. I didn't know how he did it, playing five sets in a row he has to be tired.
He was drenched in sweat and still had a huge smile on his face.
I'm glad that he's happy...

I hurriedly ran out of the seating area and straight to where the team was.
But I was suddenly stopped by a huge guy standing in front of me dressed in a suit. His face looked mean and his arms were crossed.
"Ma'am I'm sorry you can't go any further, you would be trespassing."
"Oh no you don't understand, see my boyfriend-"
"I've heard that one before, don't even try it. You're not the first fangirl who's been trying to meet with the team." he interrupted.
"But I'm not a fangirl you can-"
"I'm sorry ma'am, but you'll have to wait until the meet and greet."
"Meet and greet? When is that tomorrow?"
"Next month"
"Next month?! I don't have until next month I leave in two days! Please just-"
"No can do ma'am, now please leave."
