Chapter 15

Semi keeps having a nightmare infact it has always been with her eversince she could remember. The nightmare of her getting soaked and locked up in a toilet. The nightmare of her getting punched and thrown in the river but sometimes the vision would change, she saw herself getting thrown in the water with her eyes.

They weren’t only a nightmare, she knew it was the past she wanted to forget and lately Seonghwa has told her to keep seeing his father again. He knew Semi was disturb by her past again and he fears for her that she will slowly lose herself again.

She didn’t want to go but she feels like she needed to but she wants to change her doctor. She wanted a cure and not some temporary healing. Eventhough the other man was discouraged at the thought of Semi seeing someone else other than someone he knew, she still look for a new doctor secretly, without telling him.

She took a heavy sigh and enter a room, it smells different kind of medicines and tools and her heart sank.

It was a woman psychiatrist that was shocked to see Semi who furrow her eyebrows in confusion.

“Is there anything wrong doctor?”, she ask her and the doctor shook her head.

“Umm no nothings wrong. I…you just look like someone I knew before”

Semi laugh and look at the face of the woman whom she feels like she recognized too.

“I get that a lot. And you do look like someone I’ve seen before as well”

They started the medical test and it started going smoothly until her memories started to mixed up which confuse both the patient and the doctor.

Two years had passed since Semi visited the new doctor for the first time and she was glad to have gone to her.

Working in the public office slightly stress her out and the mystery of her old classmates deaths was what cause them. She then feel the vibration from her pocket and took out her cellphone which shows she receive a call.

“Hey guys, I’m just gonna take this phone call. Its Hongjoong”

Yeosang and Yunho nod at the girl and she went out of the office.

“Hello”, she speaks up after picking up the call.

“Can we meet up? Like right now?”

She accept the offer and before skipping off the meeting area, she noticed the two men first and then left. She wanted to meet him as well and she was glad that he called her first.

After a few minutes of driving she enter a private room and went up to meet the said man who was already waiting for her.

“Were you busy? I’m sorry I called suddenly but I needed to confirm something”

Semi shook her head and smile at him. “ Not at all, I needed to ask you something as well so I thought I’d give a call anyways”

Hongjoong smile back in relieve and took out a paper from his bag.

“What is that?”, Semi ask.

“I’m hoping you could tell me and why was it among a disposing files”

“Isn’t that your driving licence though?”

Hongjoong sigh and take it back. He wasn’t getting the answer he expected making the girl frown upon his disappointing face.

“What was it you want to ask me though?”, he decided to push aside his worries and tries to light up the mood by laughing away.

Semi’s face quickly light up and brought her phone to Hongjoong’s face.

“Someone had a record of me going into Haein’s house a few minutes after someone entered the apartment. But when the investigation team gets here, the camera wasn’t there. I think someone is trying to make me a suspect”

Hongjoong snatched the video and look carefully. “It is indeed a CCTV camera. How the hell did they remove the camera that fast?”

They go over the video again and again and talk about their concern until it was time they had to leave.
