Yeonjun had to climb out his window and discreetly go to the front of his house so he wouldn't have to explain to Soobin about Huening Kai's troublemaking tendencies.

The blue-haired male tapped Soobin on the shoulder, making the younger flinch. "Oh, hey Yeonjun Hyung."

"Hey, Soobin. What are you doing here?" Yeonjun asked. He told Soobin to text him the address, not come to his house.

"I wanted to see your face." Soobin replied with a shrug. Yeonjun nearly chocked from Soobin's blunt honesty. No wonder people trust him so much.

"Uh, ok then...are we still going to your house?" Soobin nodded and pulled Yeonjun into a car that was as fancy as a limo.

Yeonjun looked around the vehicle in awe, afraid to touch anything. "Dude, it's just a car." Soobin whispered with a chuckle. Yeonjun awkwardly coughed and clicked in his seatbelt, Soobin doing the same.

As they were driving, it was silent. The only noise you could hear was the air conditioning. Soobin decided to speak up, knowing Yeonjun wouldn't say anything.

"Can you drive?" He asked. "Yeah."

"Oh really? Why do you take the bus?"

"Why not? I don't need a car."

They were silent again, but this time it was uncomfortable. "Aish, do you have no socialisation skills?"

Yeonjun laughed and rolled down the window, cold air hitting his face. The sound of Yeonjun's laughter made Soobin's heart flutter, and he could feel heat rushing to his face.

"I have friends, believe it or not." Yeonjun replied, glancing at Soobin. "Really? I thought Huening Kai was your only friend-"

"Friends aren't all the same. Some are more trusted and valued than others."

Soobin tilted his head in confusion, trying to understand. "Are you saying you rank your friends?"

"I'm saying, I know who I'd save if they were drowning."

"That's- I'm not sure if that's good or bad." Soobin joked. Yeonjun didn't laugh, but gave him a little smirk. "I think it's a mix of both." Yeonjun answered.

Soobin smiled and nodded in agreement.

They reached Soobin's house not long after, and Yeonjun had to hold in a gasp from how nice it looked. It was a simple home, but there were rose bushes surrounding it, and rose vines climbing up the house, like an ancient castle. The setting autumn sun shone on the house, giving off a calm vibe.'

"Damn, Binnie...what're you? A prince?" Yeonjun teased. The elder didn't realise the nickname had slipped out, but Soobin did, making him blush.

"S-Shut up and get out." Soobin replied, unbuckling his seatbelt. Yeonjun laughed at how flustered Soobin was, which made the said male even more flustered than before.

Yeonjun got out the car and stared up at the house. It seemed so familiar though...

"Ready to go in?" Soobin questioned.

"Yeah, Whatever."
