Yeonjun went back home to change into better clothes to go to school in, and had to beg Soobin not to follow him.

Honestly, he felt embarrassed. 

He cried in front of him, poured his heart out and showed his vulnerability. He hated it.

He unlocked the door to his house and heard his mother on the phone. Yeonjun let out a breath and walked past her.

"YEONJUN!" The woman ran up to her son and hugged him tightly. "Where have you been?"

Yeonjun had no idea what to say - this was too weird. "I was with my friend-"

"All night? You could've at least-" She paused at the look of pure confusion on Yeonjun's face. "I'm sorry, it must be odd that I'm suddenly babying you. I thought about what you said-"

Yeonjun held up his hand. "It's okay. I'm just really emotional these days..."

His mother nodded and they stood there, unsure what to say. 

"I...uh...I'm gonna go to school." 

Yeonjun left the house as quickly as possible.

"And then he cried?" Taehyun repeated. Soobin nodded and shoved a spoon of ice-cream in his mouth. 

"Wow, I can't believe you broke his shell!" Soobin shook his head. "Nah. It's just a crack. He isn't happy like everyone else yet, so I'm not done."

"Don't you have a crush on him?"

"Pfft. What~?"

Taehyun rolled his eyes and turned to Felix. "Who does Soobin have a crush on?"

"Uh, Yeonjun?"

Soobin choked on air as Taehyun laughed. "I DO NOT!"

"Whatever, liar! You always talk about him~ You always look at him~ You always--"

Soobin stood up and walked away, trying to hide his blush. "Aw, Binnie come back~ I'm just teasing!"

Taehyun huffed as he watched Soobin walk away. "Uh, excuse me?"

The red haired male turned to someone he didn't quite recognise. "Can I help you?"

The girl looked down and played with her hands. Taehyun knew exactly what she wanted. "Who is it?"

"M-My girlfriend...I need to know if she..."

Taehyun rolled his eyes and took out his phone. "Girl, if you wanna know something, say it. I don't have all day."

"I need to know if she cheated on me." She mumbled. Taehyun frowned. "Can't you ask Huening Kai to tail her, or Beomgyu for--"

"No. I need to hear it from you. That's what you do right?"

"Alright. What's your name?"

"Shin Yuna--"

"Oh, you're dating Ryujin, right?"

"Yeah. So is she-"

"I actually don't know. You two just started dating last week." Yuna nodded and looked down at her hands again. Taehyun sighed and placed a hand on her head. "Look, Yuna, was it? I'll ask around for you, okay?"

"Okay. Thanks--"

"Don't thank me. Now you owe me." Yuna nodded and walked away.

"That's so weird." Felix whispered. "What?"

"People just come to you with their suspicions and you have the answer. That's weird."

Taehyun shrugged and spotted Beomgyu. "I'll be back."

"Yeah, right." Felix scoffed. Taehyun stuck his tongue out at him and ran after Beomgyu.

"No."

"But--"

"No!"

Taehyun groaned and crossed his arms. "Beomgyu! Just help me out this once!"

"That's what you said the last three times!" Beomgyu snapped. Taehyun watched as he cleaned his camera lenses with care. He never understood why Beomgyu decided to capture everything and do nothing with the powerful information he gathered, but the passion was what made Beomgyu so alluring to Taehyun.

He still annoyed him though.

"Beomie...please?" Taehyun pouted and held on to Beomgyu's arm. "That won't work on me, Taehyun."

"But Yuna needs to know! What if she breaks up with Ryujin and finds out she wasn't cheating!" 

Beomgyu glanced at Taehyun, whose pout was too cute for his heart. "Fine! But just so you know, no one cheats on anyone in the first week! The love is fresh and new."

Taehyun shrugged. "Yuna's the one who came to me."

Soobin was in the library, studying, when Yeonjun sat across from him. "Hey,"

Soobin looked up from his book and smiled. "Hey, Jun."

Yeonjun shifted in his seat, clearly uncomfortable. "What is it?" Soobin encouraged. "Do you want to--"

The bell rang, signalling the end of lunch. "Never mind, it doesn't matter." Yeonjun muttered. Soobin was going to say something, but Yeonjun had already gotten up and left. "Weirdo..."
