A little bit of Magic

We all sat in Audrey's room trying to figure out what to do next. FGM stopped by but she is not able to retrieve her even with her wand. Something with two kinds of magic being combined or something. I didn't understand really...but my spell that was keeping Audrey alive was wearing out. She won't be with us much longer if we don't do something. 

"She's slipping away," Evie said sadly gripping her hand. I sat in Carlos' lap in a chair. Celia, who we collected on the way here was sitting on the window seat hugging one of the pillows close to her. 

"I can try using my magic again," I offered, not knowing how else to help the case. I want to help so much but I just don't know how. 

"No, you are still weak from the last time," Carlos said pulling me closer into his chest. 

"But we don't have other options," I argued getting fed up with feeling this hopeless. 

"But if you use your powers we will have just one more person to worry about," Jay pointed out in a stern tone but then softened when he saw my sad face. "We will think of something else," He said reassuringly but I could see on his face that he wasn't too sure about it. 

"There's only one person in the world who might be able to do something about this, and that's Hades," Mal spoke after a while of thinking. Hey...that might work.

"Hades? He wouldn't do it. I wouldn't risk it." And here goes Ben always scared of doing anything a bit too risky. I mean he brought all of us here and suddenly now that he is a king he wants to what? Chicken out and be the king that protects his country at all costs? Well, that cost might soon be his longest friend and ex-girlfriend dying on us. 

"Actually, he might do it for me. He's my father." Everyone except for me, Mal, Evie and Celia looked really shocked about this. 

"You knew?" Carlos asked leaning a bit over to me. I shrugged not seeing the big deal. 

"You didn't?" 

"Well, obviously."

"Huh, now you know," I smiled at him and he frowned at my enthusiasm. Seeing the opportunity of making himself feel better he booped my nose lightly causing me to scrunch up my nose. He laughed at my reaction. 

"Aw you look so cute," He said hugging me whilst still laughing lightly. 

"I hate when you do that," I mumbled putting my head against his chest. 

"I love you too." 

"Okay. Well, I'll have to send guards to get him." Ben decided after he thought it through. Uma stepped forward after he ended his sentence. 

"Maybe I can hitch a ride." She looked at all of us and then sighed. "The Isle is my home. Someone needs to be there to protect it." She explained and Mal nodded. Of course, Harry walked forward and put his hands around her shoulders, his hook hooked on the loop of his jacket. 

"Well, then, you will need your first mate." I have to say I grew to love Harry's accent. It is great. Okay...moving on. 

"The Isle will be in very good hands then," I said as I stood up and walked over. The two VKs gave me a smile which I returned. I grew quite fond of the two and Gil as well. 

"Can I go, too? I wish I could be in both places." Celia said sadly as she walked forward. I know why she wants to go back. She wants to be with her dad. Having a good relationship with their parent is a hard thing to have. Here in Auradon, it is easy but I learned that at the Isle as well as in the Wonderland parents don't really care about their kids. But with Celia and her dad, it is different. From what she told me about him he sounds like a real class.
