"i thought you threw all of that away!" jieun said, flailing her hands annoyedly at the hello kitty collection hauled in by juyeon.

"nope. i'm passing on my legacy to my darling daughter," he said, passing a hello kitty beanbag to eunae as she took it adorably and ran away with it to her bedroom, the beanbag that was twice the size of her bouncing up and down as she ran.

"you are quite something," jieun said, opening the box next to her and taking a look inside. the box was filled with kitchen utensils and pots and pans, that juyeon kept from his parents' house in gwangju before they moved. "you have to make me tteokbokki by the way. there's no arguing,"

"of course. it will be just like old times," juyeon said, smiling cheekily, taking out a few pans and walking to the kitchen to put them in a cupboard. jieun followed, taking the box now that juyeon had lightened the load a little.

"do you remember when i dropped that plate on the floor on our first date?" juyeon said, stacking the pans away.

"are you kidding? it wasn't just the plate, it was the entire dish! the poor waiter got screamed at because you never admitted you dropped it," jieun said, laughing at the memory.

"yeah...i think we were probably banned from there for the rest of our lives," he said, jieun giggling at his silliness. "i have something to show you, jagiya. come with me,"

jieun followed, curious as to what this was he was talking about. she followed juyeon into the front room again, which had boxes upon boxes stacked up at the sides and creeping their way into the middle. meanwhile, eunae was running back and forth transporting her new hello kitty merchandise to her bedroom.

"take a look at this" he said, sitting on the floor with a large box, taking out the mountain of photo albums inside, labelled with things such as 'baby pictures', 'jeju 2008' and one that said 'jieun'. but before she could begin to comprehend that juyeon had an entire photo album dedicated to her, she reached straight for the baby pictures.

"ahhh! ani! ani! no! give it back!" juyeon said, dropping jieun's photobook and launching himself into jieun.

it wasn't like jieun hadn't seen them before, it was just that she hadn't seen them in so long. she still remembered his baby pictures exactly.

the two of them were now on the floor, juyeon still scrambling in desperation to get the album that jieun was switching between her hands. now you would think that this would be a kdrama moment, but juyeon and jieun were used to this happening by now, they just brushed it off as something normal.

"i just want to see that one you know i love!!" jieun said, juyeon scrambling off her quickly trying to comprehend what she just said.

"l...love?" he murmured, meanwhile jieun was flicking through the album, grinning at juyeon's adorable-ness.

"what do you mean? we've said it before, oppa. you were a cute kid. and i love you...you know i do."

"i love you too, jagi..." he said, leaning in and kissing her, taking her by surprise and making her drop the book.

after a few seconds the two pulled away. "now how's about you show me my album?" jieun said, juyeon smirking and nodding.
