a sleepless night passed for jieun, mainly because her seven year old daughter was bouncing around joyously with the thought of meeting her dad tomorrow. but the concept made jieun so nervous, even though everything was going to be completely fine.

it was morning and they had both just finished breakfast, eunae was going to go to school in an hour's time, so juyeon had arranged to stop by and meet her before she went to school. the doorbell rang, making jieun jolt her head to the door, whilst eunae followed, beginning to calm down a little as she realised that this was the moment, everything would change.

"good morning, jieun," juyeon spoke, smiling. his smile was adorable, she had to admit but she wanted to keep up her cold exterior in front of him so he'd feel how angry she felt with him.

"hey, come in," jieun said, nonchalantly as juyeon entered and took his shoes off at the door.

as he looked up, he was met with the eyes of his child for the first time ever. she had beautiful brown hair and eyes like his own, and as she smiled she reminded her of jieun when she laughed all those years ago.

"it's you..." juyeon whispered, tears threatening to fall.

eunae walked forward slightly, curiously but smiling at the same time. "are you my dad?" she said, timidly.

"i am, sweetheart. and i'm not going anywhere this time. i'm here to stay," he said, picking her up and hugging her tightly.

the scene in front of jieun made her want to cry with happiness that her daughter finally felt what she'd been missing out on for seven years. a happy family, with her dad. the man she dreamed of for so many years.

"i love you, eunae. please always know that," juyeon whispered, kissing his daughter's head. he desperately wanted to go out and tell the world, show everyone his amazing, beautiful child...but of course, he couldn't. he wanted to take her to school, on holiday and take her to the beach, the park...but the life he chose would not allow it.

"i can't wait to tell the boyz," juyeon said, smiling as he turned around to jieun. "thank you for letting me meet her,"

those words made jieun's heart flutter even though he was only thanking her and he didn't mean it in a romantic way at all. his smile made her heart beat like a drum inside her chest. but jieun just worried if this would get in the way. what would creker do? would this prove to be dangerous, or something incredibly beautiful?
