Some Templars Walk Into A Bar.

Skylar's pov

"Here we are!" I exclaim when we walk into the bar I smirk happy to be here as it was always fun when we were.

"Hey if it isn't the Dorian twins!" Edward Kenway or Mentor Connor's grandad says from a stool at the bar, where he almost always was, I smile when I noticed him.

"Kenway!" I say happy to see my old Mentor from when I was a Novice and a Distraction rank which wasn't to long ago but that didn't matter he was extremely happy when Mentor Altair chose me and Arno to be his new round of Apprentice ranked assassins.

"Hey lass how's the mission?" He asked cause everyone in here is either an assassin or a friend and or Ally which made me smile we could relax a little bit but the bar was extremely empty today which was odd.

"Good although we've run into Lee a lot" I say as we sit at the stools next to him but I was turned towards him.

"Really? Well lass that deserves a drink if I say so" he says I roll my eyes playfully.

"Why do you think I'm here? To visit James Heller?" I ask he laughs, nods, and takes a drink of his drink. Desmond walks over after seeing me sitting next to Edward and without saying anything starts pouring me, Nate, and Arno's drinks while the others look at the menu which is stupid cause they'll probably just get their favorite drink.

"Hey Miles" I say happy to be with my best friend, who is also twenty-one, but he's one of the ones that respect me and Arno even if we're sixteen.

"Hey Sky" he says giving me and Arno our drinks then walking away towards...Alex Mercer...the guy I'm at least 90% sure he's gay for.

"Alex and Desy sitting in a tree" I tease while taking a sip of my drink causing Alex and Desmond to look over at me.

"K-I-S-S-I-N-G" Edward teases in a sing song voice while I finished my drink which made Desmond come over and refill it red faced and with a glare aimed towards me. I look over at Alex and he's red faced as well but his was hidden better. Me and Edward laugh, up until the door opens, and I glance up and over towards the door and see Charles Lee.....yeah Templar's don't know about our secret bars which in moments like these suck.

"Lee at the entrance" I whisper and they nod and act normally I glance over and saw Katie and one of the Templars arguing...guess she doesn't know how to lay low I fucking hate working with outsiders sometimes. I watched as she punched him I sigh and down the Jack Daniels that Desmond had put in front of me then I place the empty glass down and stabbed the Templar the was standing between me and Edward in the throat and he fell to the ground making everyone look at me.

"Alright Templar bastards let's do this" Kenway growls as three of them circle him, Arno then tackled two of them, Desmond and Alex went back to back and watched as four surrounded them, Mercedes took one, then two of them charged Katie, Sacara took one, and Nate took about four or five guys I don't know all I know is it left me with Charles Lee.

"Just me and you Ms. Dorian " he says I roll my eyes annoyed by him trying to be nice.

"Just shut the fuck up and fight me" I growled and stood up from my stool.

"Gladly" he says and charges me I side step and dodge humans start looking for non-lethal weapons knowing that it would be best if I had someone take him to Mentors as it would not only get him out of my way but out of the Brotherhood's way. Next he tries to punch me but I catch it and push him into a table and kick him in the abdomen which cause him to double over. I glance over and see Mercedes having an issue with that one guy I sighed remembering how I thought she would have trouble so I went behind the guy and swept his legs out from under his feet and that made Mercedes be able to get the advantage in the fight. Then I felt something hit my head I stumble forward a little bit then I feel a warm liquid drip down I move my hand up to my head when I pulled my hand away and looked at it all I saw was blood covering my hand. I looked down at the ground and see glass. Did he throw a bottle at me?

"Well that's one way to get my attention during a fight I think you're jealous that I wasn't fully paying attention to you Lee" I mutter before turning around and going back to fighting Lee which speaking as he frowned I don't think he expected for me to continue fighting him.

Arno's pov
After the two Templars that were fighting me were on the ground dead I looked around and didn't see my twin near the bar which was weird so I looked around then I see her fighting Lee by herself which freaks me out so I ran over to help her fight him off and I guess he was tired out cause as soon as he saw both of us prepared to fight him he started walking backwards.

"RETREAT!!" Charles yells then him and the 2 remaining guys left in a hurry leaving the doors open which Desmond closes, he also puts the closed sign up, so passerby's don't look in and see the dead bodies.

"Everyone ok?" Nate asked everyone nods or says 'yes' then Kenway looked at Skylar.

"No ye aren't lass" he says and she looks down with a small smile.

'Wait what?!' I thought confused.

"Damn you got me Kenway" she says then I see the blood drip down the back of her head and down her neck.

"He threw a bottle at me" she says almost falling off of the stool I shake my head and her.
