“I guess this is going to a much quicker drive than I thought it would” I said to Jc, looking in the rear view mirror and seeing Kian, Sam, and Ricardo all sleeping. “I guess now I don’t have to make a bunch of stops and change up the route THANK GOD.” I pulled into a gas station ready to stretch my legs and get some snacks. Both me and Jc got out and were about to walk inside when Jc grabbed my wrist.
“So, Kaitlyn now that we’re here face to face again, without a computer screen between us and the guys aren’t around to be in the way, I-I-I kind of wanted to try something.” He smiled down at the ground and then looked up into my eyes.
‘Oh my god is Jc about to make a move’ I thought to myself while trying not to show too much excitement on my face.
“Hey Guys! Why’d we stop!” I heard Sam yell. Jc and me quickly separate hoping no one saw how close we were.
“Did we umm interrupt something?” Kian asked sleepily.
“Oh no, *cough* me and Jc were just going inside to get food and pay for the gas” I quickly muttered out, trying not to blush.
“Oh suuureee” Ricardo winked. “I saw…I know” he whispered in my ear as he passed me. Now this time I couldn’t help but blush. Everyone headed into the convenience store, me and Jc just kind of stood there, he chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck nervously.
“Oh God that was awkward” he finally blurts out
“Umm yeah a bit” I laughed nervously and begin to walk into the store, I feel Jc’s hand grab mine and he pulls me back.
“Just because they interrupted us doesn’t mean we shouldn’t finish” he moved closer to me - our faces were inches away, and his breath covered my face, he lifted my chin and our lips finally touch. I couldn’t believe this was happening, my legs went to jello and my stomach did a millions flip flops - I winded my arms around his neck my hands slightly running though his hair as he wrapped his arms around my waist deepening the kiss.
“WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” I heared the boys yelling and whistling. Me and Jc finally separate but this time we take our sweet time.
“Man you do not know how long I have been waiting to see that” Sam said laughing
“Oh man same” Ricardo threw his arm around Jc “You’ve been waiting quite a long time for that too, haven’t you bro?” Jc turned red and pushed Ricardo off of him super embarrassed.
“So, umm KIAN YOU’RE DRIVING!” I said throwing the keys at him. He smiled at me and bolted for the car.
“Shotgun!” Sam yelled, slowly walking to the car eating a bag of chips
“Oh great! That means I have to share that backseat with you two” Ricardo whined, making a his hand into a gun and pretending to shoot himself.
“Well, umm that was interesting” Jc said
“Yeah, but I’m glad it happened” I smile
“Wait, that they embarrassed us?”
“No silly, that I finally got to kiss you”
“Oh, me too” Jc leaned down and quickly kissed me again before grabbing my hand and leading me to the car.
