I am able to regain control of myself once I'm out of the classroom. I take some deep breaths to calm myself down.
"Don't let him get to you like that." I look up shocked to see Monty.
"I can't help it!"
"Yes you can, just ignore him. Don't give him the satisfaction of hurting you."
"He already got that!"
"What are you talking about?" I have been having flashbacks from the night of Bryce's party, but they were things I haven't remembered until now. The flashbacks were just bits and pieces but they were about Bryce.
"Liv what's wrong?"
"I don't know...I-I keep having flashbacks from Bryce's party and I don't remember any of it." I burst into tears and sink to the ground with my back against the lockers.
"What's wrong Liv?"
"I don't know!"
"I think you do know...you just don't want to say it!"
"HE RAPED ME! He-he wanted to...to hook up and I told him no...everything is blurry after that. But I have been having flashbacks...where he is-where he's...on top of me and Marcus was in the room recording it." I'm crying uncontrollably and pounding my fists on the tile ground. It's as if the memories hit me like a train...they all come back to me at once. I wanted nothing more than to disappear, I wanted everything to end. I'm pulled off the ground by someone, I try to hit and kick my way out of their grasp but it's no use. I'm screaming and crying while still trying to fight my way out of the person's arms. Everything is black, I feel like I'm barely in control of anything I do.
I wake up strapped to a hospital bed, unable to move my ankles and wrists. I try to talk but it comes out in a raspy whisper. Zach comes into the room and sits next to me.
"You had an episode...Monty didn't know what to do so he called Justin because he couldn't get ahold of me. The school nurse said to get an ambulance because that would be the safest means of transportation." Did he know, did Monty tell him?
"Do you know what started it?" I can't tell him...I don't want him to know because it will kill him. I just shake my head no and close my eyes. Zach and I don't lie to each other, we don't keep secrets. A nurse comes in and takes the restraints off of me now that I'm calm.
"Wh-where's my-." I'm interrupted by coughing fits from my voice being so strained. Zach hands me my phone knowing that's what I was asking for.

I put my phone away and head to the bathroom so I can get changed into my clothes.
