Chapter Sixty Three

Shawn's POV:

That dumb ass could have sat across from anyone, but he sat across from me. I know he did it on purpose. He's testing me. But, i promised Amelia I wouldn't fight with him. It's going to be hard but I'd do anything for her.

Amelia got up to go to the bathroom, and I was just waiting for Matt to say something stupid.

"She's mine Shawn. She was from the beginning and she always will be. You need to just give up on her. I know she's still in love with me, I was her first love. And after all you want her to be happy don't you?" Matt said.

No, Amelia can't still be in love with Matt. Can she?

Shawn stop it Matt's just trying to get into your head.

"You're in her past, Matt. If she still loved you why would she want to be with me?"

"Wow, you just don't get it." He said.

"What the hell are you talking about?" I asked confused.

"She's dating you just to make me jealous! It's so obvious, Shawn! And I can tell you that it's working! I'm jealous of what you and Amelia have because I used to have it and I blew it, okay? I fucking blew it!" He said pulling at his hair.

Amelia wouldn't date me just to make him jealous. I mean I know that he is jealous but I doubt that Amelia would do that to me. Would she?

Amelia then came back from the bathroom and sat down.

What Matt said to me, was bugging the shit out of me.

"Can I talk to you alone?" I whispered in her ear.

She shook her head, and we both got up and walked to a place more private.

"Is everything okay?" She asked worried.

"Amelia, you know I love you. But Matt said a few things to me that made me worry about our relationship."

"Well what did he say?" She said looking at the ground.

"He said that you're using me just to make him jealous..."

She looked upset.

"And you believed him?"

"No, but it kept bugging me."

Amelia's POV:

I love Shawn, and I would never do anything to hurt him.

"Matt's just trying to mess with you." I said walking towards him.

I wrapped my arms around his torso and laid my head on his chest.

"I love you too much to hurt you, I would never do that." I added.

He rested his chin on the top of my head and held me tight.

"You're amazing, you know that right?" He said.

I looked up at him and smiled.

"Why don't we ditch this place and go somewhere by ourselves?" Shawn said.

"Let's go." I said smiling.

We went back to the table to tell everyone we were leaving, and Matt looked angry but i didn't care.

I love Shawn and only Shawn.

hey guys! im so sorry I haven't been updating. I have volleyball everyday after school and my teachers have been giving us a shit load of homework lately. i promise I will start writing more when the season is over (which is in less than a week 😉) and hopefully i will have less homework...
