Chapter Twenty Five

Amelia's POV:

"I'm in love with you." Shawn said.

"You're what?" i asked surprised.

"I'm in love with you."

"And i know that you and Matt are dating but i had to tell you, i couldn't keep it in any longer." He added.

I didn't know what to say because I felt the exact same way. I think I might be in love with Shawn.

"Shawn I-" he cut me off by saying

"Amelia I know you don't feel the same way but-"

"Shawn. I feel the exact same way." I said.

His face lit up like a light.

"But I still love Matt." I added.

"I know. I understand." He said looking at the ground.

The next morning I woke up and Matt still wasn't there. Where the hell is he?

Matts POV:

I woke up and didn't remember a thing from last night. Until I saw Melissa cuddled up next to me completely naked as was I.

Shit. This is bad, really bad.

I pushed her off of me as I then got up to put my clothes back on. I was getting ready to walk out of the bedroom door as she stopped me.

"Matty where are you going?"

"Melissa, did we um do it last night?" I asked.

"Yes." She said smiling.

"Oh my god."

"What's wrong?"

"I have a girlfriend and I just cheated on her!"

"Well maybe you can forget about her." She said whispering in my ear.

"No I love her! I'm not going to forget about her!"

"Come on Matt."

"No. Last night was a mistake and I never would have done it if I was sober."

"I need to get home to Amelia." I said running out of the house.

I can't believe I did this to Amelia. I just cheated on her again.

Amelia's POV:

Shawn and I sat around talking again considering Matt still wasn't home.

"I've been meaning to tell you that I'm looking into buying a place just down the street from here." Shawn said.

"That's awesome! Now we can see each other more." I said.

Just then Matt walked in the door. I walked over to him.

"Hey babe." He said kissing me on the cheek.

"Matt where have you been?" I asked folding my arms.

It took him a minute to answer.

"Oh um i was just out with some friends."

"You aren't lying to me are you?"

"No babe why would I lie to you? Don't you trust me?"

"I trust you but why didn't you answer my calls?"

"I uh had my phone turned off."

I guess I have to believe him.

*Several weeks later*

Mine and Matts relationship is the same. We keep fighting like crazy but there's really nothing to do about that.

Shawn recently moved in down the street so we have been hanging out a lot more. Ever since Shawn and I admitted our feeling for each other we have been a lot closer. Matt doesn't know about my feeling for Shawn but I don't think it's a big deal because Shawn and I aren't seeing each other, we are still just friends.

Matts POV:

Amelia never found out about me hooking up with Melissa. I hope she never finds out. I just don't want to ruin our relationship.

Just then there was a knock on the door, I then opened it.

"Matty!" Melissa said hugging me.
