The big news .

Andrew's pov

Stacy comes rushing through the doors and they produce a bang sound before they close.

"I came as quickly as I can when I saw your text ,what's the immergency " she takes a sit and quickly grabs the remote to change the tv channel.

" jackie's parents invited me for dinner " I tell what I have been dying to share with her .

" And ? " she questions not seeing my point.

"I need your help ? What am I supposed to wear ?what am I supposed to bring ? " I haven't been to her house and I want to look presentable and impress her parents .

"When is the supposed
dinner? " she asks .

"Saturday "

"Aaah ....You still have time you can prepare you didn't have to make me rush here "

"Stacy ! What if her parents are not going to like me ? What if I make a fool out of myself infront of her family? I am nervous. " I rub my hands on my jeans .

" jeez who are you? "Stacy pops out her eyes in shock .

She goes into the kitchen and comes back with two glasses of juice that I recently blend for myself and was in the fridge.

"Relax. Who wouldn't like you ,you are every girls dream guy .you are Intelligent, good looking , hardworking and above all you come from a good family. I am 100 sure they will a prove of you ."

" The only thing you should be worried about is your outfit but leave that to me I'll have it settled "

"Ooh thanks I knew I would count on you " I feel relaxed now that she is here .

"That's reminds me , have you talked to Shawn "

" No he has been avoiding me the whole day but I promise I'll talk to him when I get the chance " I am so disappointed in my self I wish I didn't air out my opinion.

" You know Shawn give him time he will come around you don't have to stress it " she says noticing the worry in my face .

Shawn could be difficult sometimes but he and I always find away to fix it .

Stacy stays for a while and we talk about her project and how things are going on between the girls and her in the hostel .hours pass and eventually she decides to go home since it's getting late and tomorrow is a school night .

"Hey baby " I decide to call Jackie when she is done with classes .

I am on my to the boys locker rooms to put back the some stuffs that I used for practice today.

"Hey ,how are you ? " she tiredly answers and I bet she had a rough day at school .

Poor thing.

"Am cool and u"

" Tired " she says lazily and I can imagine she is leaning on Anna's shoulder.

" where are you guys? " I need to find my baby .

At the end of the day what gives me comfort is seeing my loved ones.

" outside the library .are you still in school " she questions amused that I didn't have classes today but I still came to school and waited to drive her home.

" Yeah I'll be there in
a second " quickly I rush out of the locker rooms to find my girlfriend.

It doesn't take time for me to find her .My eyes search for where she is and her fragrance leads me to her. In the midst of groups trying to get out of the library is the love of my life.

She and her best friend are walking hand in hand and both look very tired .I make long strides towards them and engulf her in a hug .

Her hair is messy and I am imagining her scratching them when she was trying to finish a financial accouting assignment. She really works hard in things she loves and that's inspiring.

I don't want her to buy her car anytime soon. Even if it means I get to drive her in the evenings only then am fine with it .
For now am okay with her dad driving her in the mornings till I have her whole for my self.

The idea of her being mine makes me happy. Put a ring on her finger , take her to the altar , our house ,driving her to work everyday and picking her are going to be my favorites .

" Let's grab you guys something to eat first then we can go home " I lead the two of them to the parking lot , Anna takes her car and I drive Jackie in mine to messiah's .

Messiah's cafe has become our favorite hanging out spot.The old man and his workers are friendly and it's the closest to Jackie's place and it's easy to drop her on my way home.

I open the doors to messiah's for Jackie and both of us find a table in the far end. We get comfortable as we wait for Anna. I am not a fast driver like Anna but today I beat her and can't wait to make fun of her .

Jackie tells me about her day and I find it fascinating how is convincing me that an accountant is better than an engineer.

All they do is sit behind a computer and deal with cash and financial statements while we engineers go to the field , sweat ,get dirt and do all the manual work.I rather keep my thoughts to myself if I want my handsome face safe.

" Hey guys " Stacy walks in with Anna behind her ,she is on phone and my guess is that she is checking her online library.

Jackie seems delighted to see her .when Anna spots us she puts her phone in her backpack.

"I bet you must be enjoying your victory I let you win because I was picking up my girl .so you know am Dominic Toredo's duplicate " Anna bitches about being the fast & furious biggest bitch.
Her words not mine .

Stacy and i exchange greetings and she complains about me not inviting her over.once she meets the man of her dreams then she will understand what it's like .Your whole world revolves around them and nothing else seems to matter.

As soon as our orders are brought everyone gets started.Though I am good in the kitchen myself I don't mind messiah's cooking, the girls are found of him and we get special treatment.

"So guys i have someting i need to tell you " ,Stacy says after clearing her throat.

She catches everyone's attention and we all wait for her to continue.

" Its non of your business but I wanted to tell you that am seeing someone. Not really serious but I think we will reach there " she plays with her hands as she talks. It might not be a big topic for others but for Stacy is. She has had a terrible relationship history .

" Congrats bitch " Anna says and gives her a heart warming hug .

"Glad you found your soulmate baby girl " Jackie says and the girls look so happy for her.

"You are not going to say anything " Stacy raises her eyebrows at me.

I hadn't realized that I was silent this whole while . What am I supposed to say , Shawn and I have been there at her darkest and happiest days. We have seen what it's like to be heartbroken and depressed .

But that doesn't mean good guys don't exist .actually am one of them and maybe this her shot at happiness .

" Am happy for you but before that when are we going to meet this guy.He is answerable to me if he ever hurts " I say boldly like the big brother I am but before am done ,am interrupted.

" point of correction mister he is answerable to all of us .We are a family remember " Anna says and all the girls hold hands to show how united they are , they make me join them and am quick to let go of them I don't want people getting this whole situation wrong.
