Gone Wrong (Kenma Kozume) Haikyuu

Chapter 5

As soon as I heard the whistle, I immediately went to them and pass their towels. We won 3 matches already today with dfferent schools that we had training with and it's only have been the second day of training camp.

"We need to break those serves...Masaki doesn't give us a fat chance." Kuroo said as he wipes his sweat. 

It's true... those serves, can break my arms once I tried to receive it. As I look on the other court, Fukurodani and Karasuno are having a match right now. My eyes squinted as I looked at their scoreboard. 13- 18.  It's not that Karasuno's are a weak team, they're like a team that observing at the same time wanted to try new things and be expert on it. 

It's been their 6 times that they lose.... 

After an hour of match, Ubugawa won. "1 lap of diving drills!" Kuroo shouted as they did the penalty. I let out a sighed and immediately clean our area. I walked out and went to the school sink as I cleaned the tumblers cleaning every spot on it. 

"Good work out there, Rin-san..." My head quickly whipped as soon as I heard a lovely voice coming towards me. Kiyoko-san with Yachi-san, the Karasuno's managers joined me at the sink as they clean also their tumblers. I thanked them and smiled as I scoot over a little to give them a space. " You're new right?"

"Y-Yeah... still learning..." 

"Same as Yachi here.." She said as she pointed to a shy girl behind her back. "Don't worry, you will get attached on that in no time. I can see it your very diligent and focus on your work. " She said sweetly making me fluttered. 

"L-Let's do our best Rin-san!" Yachi exclaimed making me chuckled as I nodded my head with a smile. 

I went to the kitchen, to helped the other managers to prepare the lunch for today.  As we keep laughing and being comfortable to each other, Kaori said. "Nah, Bokuto looks a big brother to all but his really a big baby..." Kaori said as she chopped some potatoes. "Oh you don't want to meet his emo mode..."

"but he's reliable on things eventhough he has this emo mode of his..." Yukie-san said as she washes some lettuce. "well, he's our reliable ace... he's just need a little bit of encourage and cheers and he's back" I let out a small chuckled as I continue to peeled potatoes.

"How about you Rin? How's the Nekoma?" I heard Kiyoko-san asked making me smiled. 

"Uhmm... they're good."

"Are you handling it good?" Eri-san, The Ubugawa manager asked me. 

"I'm ok... I think? I'm actually new with these things... but the boys are a big help to me." I said. She smiled and pat me on the head.

"don't worry... If your having a hard time just ask us for help. " Kiyoko smoothly said as she chopped some tomatoes.  

Oh my god, she is so cool... 

I'm actually wondering how the Nekoma's Volleyball team doesn't have a manager before me. I mean, I've heard to Hana that they are very popular.

As soon we finished preparing and give them their foods and looked around.I took the tray with my foods and looked around.  "Rin!" I heard my name called, making me smiled widely as I immediately saw Yachi waved her hands at me with other managers.

"Hey guys..." I said

"You can sit here." She said as she pat the vacant seat beside her. I smiled to her and sat beside her. She went near me and whispered. "They said we can take a long break after cleaning..." 

I nod and continued to eat.

Maybe I can tried to make some paintings in here... yeah... I will do that. It's been so long since I draw. The other managers are very nice and didn't let me feel alone.  They also taught me some other works that manager also do. I actually learned a lot from them.
