Tsunade has a dark expression on her face.
"So you're telling me... There are no signs of a breach. No signs of struggle. Naruto has been depressed AND ALL THIS LEADS TO HIS RUNNING AWAY!"
Everyone is trembling.
Some out of sadness. But they all tremble in fear.
Tsunade is known to be a hothead.
"I AM SENDING YOU ALL ON A MISSION!"
"Yes!" everyone nervously said.
"KAKASHI"
"yes..."
"SEND YOUR HOUNDS OUT FIRST IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. TAKE SHINO, KIBA AND HINATA! I WANT YOU TO GET A LEAD ON NARUTO!"
Kakashi, Kiba, Shino and Hinata stood together and nodded.
"BEHIND THEM WILL BE KURENAI, SASUKE AND TEAM ASUMA. SHIKAMARU WILL LEAD THEM. REPORT TO HIM IF ANYTHING IS FOUND. SHIKAMARU. YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF ON-SITE DECISIONS!"
"What a drag~"
"TEAM GAI WILL TAKE THE REAR. SAKURA WILL BE WITH THEM. SHE MUSN'T GET HURT AS SHE IS THE MEDIC!"
Everyone gathers in their respective groups.
Tsunade walks them to the gate.
"You will return with Naruto. If word gets out he is gone, fighting will break out to get the Kyuubi inside of him. You must retrieve him at all costs. Send reports to keep me updated. This mission may be long-term"
"Yes!"
And so the Konoha ninja's set out at top speed to get back their "Knucklehead ninja". They are in for a huge surprise.
